I never had a problem with lids until about a month ago. I purchased a $ 40 gift card and when I tried to use it at the Cerritos location the boy told me their was nothing on the card. I emailed customer service to see how I can resolve since I no longer had the receipt. Customer service tells me the card was redeemed on the same date the store told me their was nothing on the card. They tell me there is nothing they can do because it’s been redeemed. After a few attempts of me trying to get them to check the stores daily transactions I still get no response other than there is nothing we can do. This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I ended up buying at hat with my debit that same day so that’s 80 bucks I spent and still no help… Not even a response! Ridiculous! No stars at all but Unilocal is making me.

Can’t do a review here so the store gets the brunt of the force. Did an online order 4÷10÷2015 for store pick-up of Several Kings goods and a Lakers hat. Later on 7 of the 9 Kings items were OOS. They still charged me. If you don’t have an item, don’t charge me for it! Simple. A few weeks later I go in store to pick up the Lakers hat and 2 of the 7 Kings items now. The rest of the 5 items are no where to be seen. The store barely knew where the items that were already there were. the items were not clearly labeled and just in a bag. I asked about the rest of my stuff but was reassured they would come in and let me know. Nothing. called lids customer service and they were kinda helpful and I just got a refund for the stuff they charged me for last much that they supposedly had in stock. Never again. I’ll go to smaller sports store for my purchases from now on. Also.

Great experience. I went into this store thinking that it was going to be a mission just to return a hat that I had purchased online from , but what I happened to find was that they actually had the hat in stock, which totally made me ecstatic. Customer service was great. I basically walked in and walked out without a glitch, which is an A+ in my book. Will totally come back for future«lid» purchases. Great people and had a great laugh! Lol I even got offered a job!
