Evaluating quite a bit of speech therapists, this place is by far the worst place. My son has been thrown around with different therapists for 11⁄5 months and it seems that they have to keep building rapport and that wastes time. To top it off, all the therapists spend more time talking to me about how things should be done without showing me how to do it… AND these therapists waste more time reading and writing notes during their sessions. What part of these sessions was therapeutic or helpful? I was concerned about collaboration services with our in home ABA services with speech and Kym Asahara raised her voice saying that it was my job. She also asked me if I have to bring my infant son all the time during sessions so that I could be involved. If I have to do my «job» then I should ask you what is your job?

After waiting a couple of months to actually get an appointment, I’m very disappointed in the service provided to patients/clients. I took my son to see Collin Reynold’s for a speech evaluation. Prior to making the appointment I was told that the appointment would be an hour and a half. About 15 minutes into the appointment, Collin concluded our session. He made us feel rushed and had a condescending attitude. My guess is that since we were scheduled on a Saturday, he wanted off of work. On a positive note, the receptionist whom I spoke to this week was very friendly and helpful. If you schedule an evaluation here, I would request to know the name of the person oh are meeting with prior to attending the session. My family and I left feeling very uneasy.
