Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I love Red Robbins because I love burgers lol and they have really good burgers. The drinks are also good and the bottomless French fries is always a plus for me haha. The service was A1 and the staff were very friendly also. I will definitely be back one of these days.

Worst customer service ever !! Straight up lied to our party and I about calling our name to be seated we had 4 people waiting to call our name couple feet away from them. Didn’t even bother to ask us if we were waiting for a table. Then our waiter took forever to bring our drinks and take our order. Will NEVER come back here again.

Holy moly! This visit was terrible. I will definitely not be returning to this location. My husband and I hobble in with a baby in a carseat and our older child to be greeted by two employees chatting it up in the front of the store. The hostess then looks at us blankly, with a ‘uhhh, why are you interrupting our conversation?’ look in her eyes, and literally just stared at us for a good 10 seconds. Should’ve walked my happy ass somewhere else at this point, I was already so uncomfortable. So, she takes a minute to adjust the table to fit a highchair, leaves menus and bounces. Our server was by the looks of it, double sat, so I get she was a bit frazzled. I order a water and a beverage to be made at the bar. Water comes, son takes a sip and says, verbatim, «This water is terrible!» (He’s 4. This is serious) so I wait patiently for my margarita and it never comes. When the food comes, I tell our server to just cancel the drink. She gives a lackluster apology, probably upset that I cancelled the drink that would’ve arrived at our table sweaty and watered down. Then I hear employees talking about the clients our server was helping (more than likely including us). She takes forever to bring the check, and we finally escape that hellhole of an establishment. NEVER AGAIN.

I live really close to here, and one would think that I’d go here more often. But the truth is, I don’t. I’ve probably been here maybe, MAYBE half a dozen times in my life. Once day, once probably about 7 or 8 years ago when one of my nephews was a baby, but that’s it.
I have one absolutely serious gripe about this place. We were seated, and not given utensils. We were told that they were in the dishwasher. Seriously, why THE HELL WOULD YOU SEAT PEOPLE, FULL KNOWING WELL THAT THERE ARE NO UTENSILS AVAILABLE!?! What is this, LITTLE TOKYO!!! Honestly, if I wasn’t with my grandparents, I would have left, but for them, leaving and being seated somewhere else is just a huge inconvenience for them.
The only good things about this place are the tablet you can pay with and the SMALL burgers that are decent. Yes, the fact that we had to eat onion ring pieces with our fingers and without forks, and finally get our silverware in between the appetizers and meals warranted the 4 star deduction. Cut the customer service «we’re sorry» garbage. No thanks, not interested in hearing this. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!!! I’ll never go here again.

If I could, I would leave no stars for the service I got by the waitress named «Shirley», couldn’t tell if the food was good or not because I had lost my appetite. Management should really question how they’re hiring their waitresses, what’s a waitress with no personality or at least a fake one. She didn’t even pretend to be nice. The first time she gave us attitude, we shrugged it off, we assumed we just heard her wrong or we were just catching the wrong vibe. She definitely made it clear the next 5 times she rolled her eyes and gave us dry responses. It was my first Red Robbin experience and definitely my last.

4+ employees walked passed me and did not acknowledge my presence. Just stood there and waited to be seated for over 15 minutes… The place is pretty empty considering 9pm on a Tuesday. With that being said– I left.

Pros:
— Burgers are delicious, so many to select from
— Bud Light is happy hour price all day
Cons:
— Don’t play the games on the tablet on the table unless you plan to pay $ 2 for it, they don’t tell you that. On the bill its an «Entertainment Fee»
–when our burger orders came out, my burger was wrong, so it was sent back and I waited 5 minutes for the correct one, by then my family was already done with theirs.
–It cost almost $ 2 just to change the steak fries to sweet fries or garlic fries (which is only garlic salt and not even real garlic), plus extra few $ for certain dipping sauces on top of that.
Little things like that just add up on the bill (especially eating as a family) and really, not that worth it to me. Probably not coming back anytime soon, if at all.

This Red Robin is in serious need for a remodel. The space is old. The food is pricey for this type of place. They have a burger that 6.99 with two meat patties. Once it arrived, it reminded me if a 3.00 Big Mac.
The waiter/​bartender was cool, though his beard was ready for a trim. I guess he forgot that no shave November has come and gone.
In closing, on two separate tables employees seem to be lounging like lounge lizards. Strange.

Good burgers and good deals. Close to home and the wife loves the fries there. What can I say…
This is another chain restaurant but it’s actually not so bad. The food is pretty good. You can ask for the fries out early and sprinkle the seasoning on yourself. I tend to pour it on but the wife gets mad… so I try to sneak pour it on. lol
The customer service is not that bad either. It can get bad if you go during a super busy time, but usually their are pretty attentive. I don’t sit at the bar or order alcohol that much so I won’t speak on those things.
The new peppercorn burger and other burgers on the brioche breads are nice. They have some healthy choices and vegetarian choices for people also. It can get crowded and loud a bit… Sometimes the air is blowing right at you so it can get cold too. Bring a sweater just in case… but mostly a good experience every time. It simple and not too complicated. Lots of choices and desserts are good as well. I don’t really like the regular water they give. It taste funny, other than that, I have no gripes.
The parking is vast since it shares a location with the mall. But again, it can get crowded sometimes and you would have to park far or wait for parking a bit. It’s not always open. Especially with the new renovations…
I come back to this place over and over. When you just want a quick bite to eat with plenty choices and want to get back home to play a video game or watch a movie or something. lol! ;)

Love this place the burgers and sandwiches are excellent and what can you say bad about unlimited fries! Well I can say what a billion calories ehh but it’s ok YoLo right? The service at the bar is great and front row for what’s on Tv especially if you catch a UFC in fox free card. 5stars!

We ordered a chicken salad, it was fresh and great flavor. I ordered chicken bbq salad wrap and I liked it. Not heavy and very tasty. Desert, different story, we ordered a freckled. Lemonade cake, it was hard and not to good. Place is clear our server was great.

Yum yum! Love the burger here and beer selection. No matter the signature ones or classic ones. Service is ok and it won’t be too crowded. The endless fries is my favorite: D

Went in on a Sunday morning. Entered the restaraunt reaching the two ladies up front. We werent greeted and welcomed, we straight said «table for two». Then all got an «Ok.» After that, they continued to talk right in front us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable because we didn’t know what to do so I sat down. Then the young black lady led us to a table where the seat was broken and jacked up. In my head, these ladies are being plain disrespectful.
Our server reached us for our drinks, and she looked done with her job. Was not enthusiastic or welcoming at all.
Got our food, and the New poutine fries were not impressive at all. We found hair in it…
My boyfriends food came first and mine took a longer while.
Ive been here multiple times receiving decent service, but that day was extremely disappointing. And I’m very understanding but the ladies that worked here were extremely unprofessional.

Pros:
+ The Onion Tower!
+ Bottomless fries and booze make a hell of a combo.
Cons:
— The burgers aren’t that good.
— Most of their signature burgers are overpriced and unsavory.
Tip:
One of their cheaper burgers is actually one of the simplest/​tastiest, Red’s Tavern Double.
The burgers here are pretty mediocre, but they aren’t bad. They are quite pricey for the lack of flavor, but the Royal Red or the Red’s Tavern Burger are alright. I was really surprised that the Mad Love Burger I got was so unappetizing. It sounded so good, but it was not flavorful at all and worst of all it was 16 bucks! The tastiest burger from all the ones we got was the Red’s Tavern Burger and it happened to be the cheapest at around six dollars! Wish I would have known that before ordering. Probably won’t be coming back since I can get onion rings with a better burger elsewhere.

Vegetarian review:
Burgers:
Any burger can be made with a veggie patty. I think they have both a Boca burger and another veggie patty, but I don’t know if that’s still the case. On that note, each burger is pretty good as a standard burger. Just sub in a veggie patty and away you go.
— They’ll give pickles on the side (no spears, just sliced)
— You can change the bun: ciabatta bun, jalapeño, wheat bun, etc.
Dips– there are new sauces you can try for free, but most of them taste a bit funky.
Water– totally tap water and poor tasting even at that.
— You can request fries out early, but they are sometimes really backed up, so even early fries don’t come out until your burger does.

Just walked in and the young woman at reception was incredibly rude! Didn’t even look up when I stood in front of her, no smile or even a hello. Kayla needs to be schooled in the art of customer service! AND I just witnessed them hand balloons to the two boys in another party and leave my young son without. We’re all in the same waiting area. Makes me want to hightail it out of here…

Never have been a Red Robbin food type of guy. Decided to have lunch with family. I ordered chicken sandwich wrap with bottomless fruit bowl, and tortilla chips soup. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. I though either the wrap was small or I’m just big. Lol. Nonetheless, the bottomless fruit bowl was good; however, when I wanted more fruit they brought it out in a baby cup. Come on know we can do better. Our waiter was good. Other than that, I don’t see myself returning.

Located inside the mall, visible from the outside this restaurant is easy to access.
I ordered the grilled turkey burger with avocado, and of course they always supply the endless fries.
Service here is typically slow as this is a mall location. Food is still good but nothing wowing about eating here.
Our server, Brittany was great. She was quick to take our orders and check up on us. Perfect for our quick lunch get-​away.

The food is okay… But if you want a cheap meal then come here!
The wait is pretty long when you can clearly see empty tables. I’ve only been here a few times but I really like the bacon avocado burger and the whiskey chicken wrap. The steak fries initially comes with your meal in a small, silver cup, but you can always ask for more fries as they’re bottomless. What happened to the good old days when it came in a basket?!
I would also recommend the strawberry lemonade and tortilla soup!

I wish I could give 5 stars, what more can I say is that our dinner here was fantastic. Service was great, our waitress was super cool, ambiance was great and of course food is excellent.
This was a week day visit and we got seated right away, very friendly staff and a perfect ending to a busy day. Thank you so much for making my son’s farewell dinner a success.
