This place should deserve no stars at all. They charged our card for another people’s order that was sitting on the same table as us. Their servers are incompetent to put it on the wrong tab! Service sucked! Manager couldn’t even absorb the fee. Never going back!

I gave this place one more try and they continue to disappoint. Place a pick up order from this place and they lost the order in the matter of 15 minutes. Total lack or management and organization.

Stepping inside TGIFRIDAYS the atmosphere changed everything felt amazing, my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed. We got sat down and order the unlimited appetizers for $ 12 a person. I started with the mozzarella sticks and fell in love(don’t tell my girlfriend she doesn’t know), my girlfriend got the boneless buffalo wild wings… still eating though, got cheese all over my phone.. Totally worth it

Despite the reviews I was craving Jack Daniels Ribs and so I went. Overall it was a nice experience and the Cajun shrimp are super delicious. The ribs must have been from a pig on a diet but were still OK. The food was hot and fresh when it came out which is always nice but I did go after the lunch rush.

They couldn’t accommodate us for happy hour. I mean I get it, the happy hour is technically at the bar only… but that’s the reason we’re here. and if the bar is full, why not? Other locations have gladly let us do the happy hour at a booth. We’re still paying customers! Better than having us leave, no? Tip: Applebee’s is also really great at letting you do the happy hour if there’s no room at the bar :)

Food was good, Service was good. I’ve been coming here for years. About to pay with my 50 dollar gift card(It was the only way I clould justify paying for a $ 30 Jack Daniels plate) and the Waiteess said«Didn’t you see the big sign on the door that said we are not accepting gift cards today». 1. It’s dark outside. 2. The sign was a piece of paper written with a sharpie. 3. I was busy talking to my wife and opening the door for her, I wasn’t looking for gift card warning signs written on regular paper. 4. Maybe the greeters or the waitress should of said something to us instead of blaming the customer for not seeing the sign. 5. I am going to post a picture of the sign.

Big chain restaurants. U get what u pay for, and here it’s not much. The service was horrid. The worst was we were practically the only ones there, it was 11pm on Christmas(open ’til 1am). We never got refills and when we asked for ranch, we never got it. We had to flag someone down to get it. We spoke with the manager, she showed semi interest in our concerns. Just disappointing.

This experience was a disaster from the time we walked in. Hostess: dazed and confundes, couldn’t answer a simple question Waitress: Gigi was kind, helpful and friendly Food: disgusting, mahi mahi was just the worst anyone can ever have, it was as dry and hard as if it were a piece of cardboard. How does a chef get fish so dry, by over cooking it obviously. Same was with the sizzling-shrimp, disgusting. Hard shrimp, not good at all, not tasty at all. Chef needs to be told clearly, we are paying customers, we do deserve better food than what we got served.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would. The MOST disappointing Friday’s I’ve been to. Apparently, you have to be friends with an employee to get a seat. My best friend and I waited 30 minutes for a bar table to open up. Two ladies were about ready to leave, then a couple walked up, talked to the bartender as if they were friends with her(hugs and all) and stood there as if they were going to take the seats. When they went toward the seats, I told them we had been waiting thirty minutes, and the girl responds, «We talked to the bartender and they’re holding our seats. We’re friends.» I remind her that it’s first come, first serve and we’ve been waiting. The rude broad repeats herself and I say, «So, just cause you’re friends with the bartender means you get to go before everybody else?» She responds, «Exactly» all snotty. I told her that she is rude and walked away. Oh. By the way. The bartender who thought SHE could hold a seat for a friend at a first come first serve area on a busy Saturday night. her name is SAM. If you’re not her friend, don’t even bother. In fact, if one employee does that kind of unfair ish, I’m sure the other employees do too. Screw this place.

I don’t think I’ve set foot in a TGI Friday’s for years. They got my attention though with $ 12 endless appetizers. We started with the boneless wings, buffalo flavor. They were out of traditional bone-in wings — bummer. There’s an indescribable, natural flavor to bone-in wings that boneless chicken just doesn’t possess. The boneless wings were good, but not as good as bone-in. All in all we had the wings, potato skins, mozzarella sticks, spinach dip, and pot stickers. The best items were the spinach dip and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were crispy and cheesy, and the accompanying marinara sauce was good. The spinach dip was surprisingly delicious. It was fresh, hearty, and had a nice salty flavor. The chips were crunchy and provided a nice textural contrast to the soft dip. For $ 12 unlimited refills, this was a pretty good deal. Our server Mike was very friendly and constantly ready to refill our next app request. The only downside was that the strawberry lemonade was mostly ice and they charged 49 cents per refill.

Awesome service!!! Once seated, our waitress was at our table within 15 seconds of being seated to take our drink order. Came back with our drinks within a couple min and took our order. Food was delivered hot and ready to eat in a timely manner. Through out the whole visit she came by several times to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. As for the food, it was awesome!!! Steak was perfectly cooked as ordered, loaded mashed potatoes were delicious and the vegetables were steamed to perfection!!! After watching the 9ers drop another game to Seattle this was the perfect comfort food. Finally had the Tennessee Whiskey Cake… Let’s just say it was the perfect way to end dinner… Another great experience at this location!!! Wish all were the same.

I went here around midnight with my cousin and her boyfriend. As soon as we entered, we waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even as workers passed by us several times. Then the host finally tells us to either sit at the bar(which was full and had no open spots for us unless we wait 10 more minutes while the DJ cleans up) or sit in the dining area but expect really slow service because there’s only one waitress. Great choices! We decide to wait for the DJ because at least appetizers will be half off in the bar. She did not mention to the DJ that we were waiting so he was taking a very long time, chatting with randoms. I blame the host for that, she could have at least given him a heads up. She told us as soon as he leaves we could sit down and after all that waiting, the table was cluttered with filth. At that moment I see busser cleaning off one of the larger tables and dash towards it. Finally, a seat! Another 10 minutes go by as we wait to order our delicious tap water and an appetizer that is clearly half the order they normally give, it’s literally«half off!» Apparently she thinks this is all we are ordering because she has someone else drop it off and doesn’t come back to us until we are finally able to flag her down 15 minutes later. We order cheeseburger sliders and a sizzling chicken and cheese. The sliders were alright, no big complaints. The sizzling chicken and cheese was depressing. It was barely sizzling, the mashed potatoes were almost a liquid, and the cheese was unmelted sliced cheese thrown on. I get this entrée fairly often, probably at least once or twice a month because it’s semi Atkins friendly. This is NOT what it normally comes out looking/tasting like. Maybe they are better during the day, but they need more people with better training at night. Don’t be a late night restaurant/bar if you aren’t equipped for it. Last bit of advice: Go to the TGIFridays in Brea if you go this late. It’s a bit of a drive, but worth it. It’s the one I normally go to, but didn’t this time since my cousin lived nearby the Cerritos one.

Great food, extremely bad service Went to get lunch on sunday with 2 others. Sat down and in 4 minutes the server came to get our drink orders. Great! This guy is on point… NOT. About 10 minutes later he returns with our drinks and takes our orders. Forgot the straws for our drinks. 5 minutes go by and i see no sign of his return so i drink from the cup. Soda is gone in 5 minutes. Cup sits at the edge of the table for 20 minutes until he comes with our orders. I ask for a refill among other small thing such as A1 for my steak and extra napkins and STRAWS. So 3 minutes later(im timing stuff now) he comes with my refill napkins and straws… no A1. We ate and the food was great. Waved at the dude whenever we saw him to see about the A1 but all 4 times he just passed by. Soda is empty again so we waved the 3 times he passed by to no avail. He didnt come by again til 24 minutes later to deliver the check. So come here if you want to wait a ton for some decently good food. Make sure you bring your own drinks, napkins, straws, and A1 sauce

Haven’t been here in more than 5 years due to my experience with multiple bad services in the past. Got out of the movie theatres hungry so my gf and I thought we’d give it a try since it’s conveniently close by. I’m not going to go into details… but the service still sucks. Waitress is very rude. P. S. as I was writing review laying down on my bed my gf noticed what she thought was gum stuck to my shorts. Took it off immediately to inspect it and it turns out it was the Jack Daniel glaze they use for their chicken appetizer. You would automatically think when they seat you at a table it would already be clean. Smfh disappointed.

Worst service and food was just as bad! Husbands salmon was over cooked. Plus the broccoli tasted like the bag they cooked it in. The salsa stuff on top of the salmon was good tho! My slidders literally had 3 small grilled onions on them each! Son got the chicken and fries. Server came with oranges :/son hates anything that’s not fries!

So let’s start with a disclaimer: this is my first time eating at TGI Friday’s, and with a party of 16, I’m sorry to say that it turned ugly much faster than I thought. First shocker was that they DONOT have bottomless fries. $ 3.99 for a small plate of fries, you would think they would match the competition with the endless refills. Not the case. Next were drinks. I always start off with a water, no ice. I don’t usually make a big fuss about ice being in it, but this not only had a ton of ice, it was disgusting ice to boot. I’m not sure what their ice maker looks like, but I think they should check it, and the water lines that lead to it. And another big note: when you don’t have free refills on a drink like a strawberry lemonade(competition wins again), please don’t fill it to the brim with crushed ice before adding the drink, forcing you to pay $ 0.49 for another drink in a few minutes. On to the food: Mozzarella sticks were too salty, and the marinara tasted like a funky jar of Ragu sauce. The burger that I ordered was to be medium rare(which I figured to come out as true medium), really came in as a slightly charred medium well. It went back to the kitchen. Another order had a BLT that didn’t have any guacamole. ALL5 of the smoke stacked burgers were missing the bacon. Nobody wanted to make any deal of it. I also noticed that they were to have 2 patties, but each patty looked to be about half a normal patty. I personally have a problem when restaurants do that. A steak that was ordered medium was med-well going on well. Chicken something pasta was horribly overcooked and mushy, and just on the other side of over-salted. So, aside from my no-ice mishap, everything with the service was standard. Are all Friday’s this horrible? I don’t know, but I don’t think I’ll ever find out.
