Endless amounts of waiting for terrible service. Don’t waste your time coming here for any testing.

I was here in February of this year, but didn’t have any problems. I had an appointment and despite being pretty crowded I was taken fairly quickly. The nurse who drew my blood was nice and I was pretty much out of there in 10 – 15 minutes.

I was here yesterday. There were a few other people in the waiting room. I signed in (luckily had an appointment), and waited for about 10 mins. That’s basically like not waiting at all, when it comes to Quest. Before I was taken back for my blood work, one of the phlebotomists was on her cell phone in front of the waiting room, talking about personal matters (ie pay). No one was at the desk to greet people and here she is talking on her cell phone in front of the group waiting. Just kinda rude in my opinion.
