Starbucks

Probably the worst run Starbucks I have ever been to. Better than a 20 minute wait is ridiculous. I think we waited longer for our drinks to be made than to order them. 2 people taking orders and only one barista. For those traveling 81 like us just pass this location by.

This is a non drive thru location, it is very small and cramped inside with limited seating. The location is very hard to get in and out of and its on the corner of a busy four way intersection. I once had to return my drink because the espresso shots were bad, turns out later they got their machine serviced, after that drinks were good. Overall not bad for being a smaller outdated store. Bathrooms and trash constantly got overlooked by staff and there were a few times when I had to ask for toilet paper (pretty embarrassing) lol…

Sometimes being in Chambersburg Pennsylvania can feel like Bizzaro World. With that being said this Starbucks consistently provides good coffee and friendly service. I miss a lot about being in a big city, thanks Starbucks for keeping it streamlined everywhere I go. Small town bonus — they learn your name!

The staff is very friendly. They took our order just before closing — which was very sweet since we were late. The server gave us suggestions since we were confused what to order. This was our second visit and it was pleasant experience.

This location must have gotten a new manager or corporate did something. The service is great now, drinks are prepared correctly and employees are friendly. I’m loving my local Starbucks again!

A very busy Starbucks, but efficient and friendly.

After reading some of the reviews for this Starbucks, I couldn’t not post about the experiences that I have had. I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 4 – 5 years now, which means I have seen it go through numerous staff changes, drink promotions and definitely earned my share of gold stars. Staff changes or not, I always have top notch service at this location. My drinks are always delicious and made by people who truly enjoy their job. If I ever have a drink that needs re-​made (which pretty much never happens), but if I do, they remake it without any problem. I enjoy coming to this Starbucks for my morning coffee and even during lunch as well. If you want the most beautiful Caramel Macchiato made, ask Brandi to make it, that thing was picture worthy!

Such horrible service. You had better know your sh’t when you place your order because I wanted to try a new latte that was being advertised and was admonished by the barista, given a cold coffee and stale cake (not even asked if I would like it heated) and to make matters worse– she rushed me thru even though I was only one of 2 people in the store. I’m no longer a Starbucks fan. Boooooooo!

Stopped here on the way home from Wilkes Barre, PA. Needed some caffeine to get me through the final leg of the journey home.
Ordered a tall, dark roast coffee with room for cream. The coffee was strong and delicious and fed my brain cells the stimulants it needed!
The place was very busy — packed with lots of travelers coming in from off the interstate. Service was very good.

Prompt service and friendly staff. I stop in regularly for a good mocha. The parking area is small but that should not deter people from the great service.

This starbucks sucks. There is never parking, service is slow in the am and they don’t have any of the sandwiches or snacks found at other starbucks. Only some old cookies with a fly in the case. Gross.

Great coffee, usually get it iced. The hot cocoa is also pretty good. Staff is friendly

I’ve been to this Starbucks so many times. They are not always perfect and timely, but has great coffee. I loved the updates they did inside months ago.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I visit this place daily and there are hardly ever more than a few people in line. Service is always quick and baristas are always friendly.

This is a pretty coll Starbucks. Pretty big building with good seating (indoor and out). I went on the day the Northeast Earthquake hit, which created a small buzz here. I grabbed a cold tea and went into the back corner table to grab some wifi on my Mac. It was interesting following all the Earthquake news on Twitter as everyone streamed in with their story from the event. I was comfortable and enjoyed my drink and the atmosphere for a while. The staff as usual was friendly and helpful. Enjoyable place.

Great place I frequent them at least 3 times a week.
