I’m in my third year at Sterling Oaks, and I’m really pleased. All the staff is helpful, responsive, and friendly. My first weekend here, the upstairs tenant moved out and left an audible leak dripping from her unit’s washer-dryer connection. I called the off-hours phone number. Emergency maintenance came right away to stop any flooding. The community’s diverse population includes Spanish speakers, who no doubt appreciate receiving bilingual, understandable to all, flyers from the leasing office. In all areas, Sterling Oaks is a great choice.

DONOTLIVEHERE. I have lived in several different apartment complexes, and I have never had an issue with insects. The office staff is completely incompetent, and can’t even distribute apartment memos/announcements that are spelled correctly. I complained to the office several months ago about seeing roaches in my apartment, but it suddenly became an infestation when the disgusting woman above me moved out(the office staff mentioned this is why I am having this issue). Staff did not take immediate action until I literally had to place a roach from my apt in a bag on her desk. The issue is STILL not resolved, and I am trying to re-locate immediately. This has been the most traumatizing experience; neighbors are also super loud and maintenance never actually fixes anything. I had to call maintenance at least 4 times to get my freezer fixed.
