Worst customer service I have ever heard of. Owner hung up on a friend of mine when she tried to get help with a problem with a brand new appliance. You better hope you don’t run into issues as this business is incapable and unwilling to help or even provide basic customer service. Completely outrageous.

This store does not have the array of European appliances, but if you are looking for the basics (Maytag, GE, Kitchen-​aide, etc.), not only will you find that the prices are competitive, but it is a family-​run business that provides knowledge, attention, and service that can be hit and miss at a big box store. We recently replaced our stove and microwave and were very pleased with the purchasing experience as well as the installation and follow-​up. When we had our dishwasher go out, we did not think twice about returning to this store. Once again we had a good experience with the purchase as well as the installation. I would definitely recommend this establishment and would go here again if I had need of a new appliance.
