I don’t know what happened here but I was treated very professionally. The performance, audio, clarity and quality are pristine. I went and picked up the car, they demonstrated and a small glitch was found. They stayed late just to fix it and then placed their guarantee on their install. Not that it matters seeing as their install was excellent

Awefull service. was very disappointed. Ordered an install kit from them that I never received. Called about it a few days after order and they said they would call me back in an hour, no call back at all. same thing next day, called n they said would check n call me back in an hour… no call. been two weeks now n still no call. the thing is when that $ 20 piece was going to come in I was going to have them do about $ 500 in new audio and install work. not now.
