This is the worst company to rent a home from, I requested to have the AC units serviced before summer, Debbie St. Germain kept telling me I will ask the owner, I requested it 3 times, also asked 3 time to plant a tree where there was one once again Debbie said I will ask the owner and after 3 months still no answer on either question, so I gave up. Lived in the home two years and each year the home owner would send an scalp the trees in the front of the home taking away all shade on the front, when I asked Debbie she said she would speak to the owner about it since it broke the lease by not giving us a 24 hour notice, it was a shock to pull up an see trees that had been raped by a chain saw, this happened twice, I know of another home that people lived in that Debbie over saw and she made them go a week plus with no hot water, if you own a home and want a property management company, do not go to these people, they also require the carpets be cleaned by a professional and it is not in the lease, so the tenant will more then likely be out the cleaning deposit, run run far away,

This company mismanaged our property for 3 years… cost me and my wife thousands of dollars wasted on shoddy repairs/​lousy repair people. Never accepted responsibility for the mismanagement of our property. Their customer service or lack thereof upset our tenants to the point of not renewing the lease and moving elsewhere. Had to be fired for voiding our $ 7000 Trane A/​C system warranty which they also denied any responsibility. But the real kicker was: West USA told us they rented our home for $ 1300 a month… They were charging the tenants $ 1340 a month and had skimmed $ 120 a month from us and $ 40 a month from our tenants for 3 years. Very dishonest company… They suck rocks!!!
