The tour they give is good, shiny floors (linoleum they wax), lots of smiles, but the real thing is definitely lacking. There are always spider webs ALL OVER the breezeways. Many bees, too. The webs are very visible, gross to look at and very embarrassing to have company over (makes the $ 1500/​month we pay seem really high for low maintenance, no garage, dirty entryways/​breezeways, and thin walls.) The complex is part of HOA so it is unknown why the property is not better taken care of. Our rent should cover it. The apartments were very badly built, with the builders not caring they dented window frames, doors, and walls. They do not care that kids dirty up the entryways, either, and their parents obviously don’t clean up after them. The pool and hot tub can be dirty and foamy. The people in the office seem nice, but one in particular is quite an airhead. She gives messages incorrectly to other staff, if at all The managers seem nice and helpful. Supposedly new apartments have flooring coming up (both carpet and linoleum) but will not fix, thin walls. We are planning to move out and not sign a renewal.

I lived here for a year and really loved living here (we had to relocate because of work and school). It is a very dog-​friendly community as there is a dog park, dog spa, and grass everywhere. The complex is absolutely gorgeous and we never had any issues with our unit. All the staff members we had contact with were always friendly, especially Jessica.
My only complaints are that the move-​out fees were a little high and there were always spider webs and bees in the stairways in the halls of our building.

They are amazing, friendly staff, great neighbors, and extremely low noise in your unit. A great luxury community serving its residents with pride and respect. A great place to live.

Its a beautiful Complex. Just started living here. Got a very good deal at Move in for a really awesome 2 Bedroom. The Kitchen appliances are stainless steel and of the latest technology. The staff is very pleasant to talk to and efficient. Lot of trees and a small lake around which adds to the beauty. They have Gazebos around the apartment complex for a great get together in the evening.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in the frount office Ladeys who worked they was not nice and very racest Jessica was the worst not a safe builden lots of homeless people walken around at nite very scary the pool had poop in it not clean at al and the scam people over charge you 100s of dollars when u more out they send u a move out bill for 700 do not live her i did worst mistake ever
