Took several of my watches into the location today. What a great place. Replaced all the batteries, quick… and very affordable! Very nice to work with!

I was looking for a jeweler who can resize my fiancé’s platinum ring from size 9 to size 11.5 (according to Jared Jewelry). I made several phone calls to different jewelers and the price range was $ 119 for the first size up, 60 for the next ones (Kay Jewelers) We had the ring checked in Jared; we were told that the «upsizing» (from size 9 to 11.5) will take two weeks and it costs $ 260. I found Billie’s here on Unilocal and decided to bring the ring to his shop. Tri measured my fiancé’s finger… we found out that he’s just size 10.5, which means there is no need to add more platinum to the ring. Tri said that the ring is thick enough to be stretched and he only charged us $ 50! He also cleaned and polished my engagement ring for FREE! The ring was done in less than a day and it looks perfect! I highly recommend Billie’s Custom Jewelers. I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of his work!

Stumpled upon this place located right next to Albertsons on riggs and gilbert. Had a ring that I had been wearing and needed it to be resized. Thought I would just «go see». So glad I did! Had my ring back in an hour and the price was awesome– $ 20! (I imagine that can change depending on how much size and adding or making smaller).
The owner makes custom jewelry for all the local jewelry stores so he decided to open his own shop. Cuts out the middle man on those things and I bet cheaper too.
Pleasant experience– I will def go back for any jewelry repair needs!!!

Billies custom designed a very sleek modern pendant for my large Brazilian aquamarine. It is unique and stunning. Great work, great prices and great customer service.
