We had an external hard drive seize up on us after falling off a PC tower and took it to Tom to see if he could retrieve the data for us. Unfortunately, the damage sustained proved too great to recover, but our experience was still somewhat remarkable. For starters, Tom took the time to thoroughly explain the nature of these devices and potential causes for malfunction and possible outcomes (and their cost). He assessed the hard drive at no cost, which was amazing as I’m sure other outfits will charge for the initial assessment. When we picked up the faulty drive, Tom then gave some very good advice for preventing data loss in the future.
If you’re in need of data services, I’d highly recommend Tom and Chandler Data Professionals. Personally, I hope I never have to see him again (in need of his services, that is), but if I ever find myself in that situation again, I know who to call.

Tom is a super easy person to work with and he does a very good, through job. If for some reason his technology can’t help you, he will refer you to someone who can.
He saved my skin once (Oh, about 6 or more years ago) and when I had another glitch, (two months ago) I wasn’t so lucky and more extensive damage was done than he was capable of repairing. He did refer me to another organization that was able to help retrieve some information and we touched base speculating after.
Bottom line, he is very fair and professional. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Normally I do not believe in magic, Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. I may have to rethink this. When i stopped looking at the total number of malware hits I had, it topped 750,000. This is not a misprint. Through my local geek (Net One) i was sent to Chandler Data Professionals. Tom worked for almost two weeks tweaking out every bit of my Quick Books and email accounts that he could. At any point I would have understood him saying that he did his best. It seems my hard drive was fine but my files were corrupted. Kind of like water damage in your file cabinet. My business records and bids were all recovered. As I get older, I try not to become cynical about customer service. Tom has renewed my faith again. Thanks! Now where is that Easter Bunny?

There aren’t many things that as stressful as losing everything from your computer. All of the photos of our new son growing up. All of my wife’s photography work, pictures of our and our friends wedding, and just about 5 years worth of any other photos my wife may have taken. When our Hardrive dropped and quit working we were pretty afraid, as that was our only copy of those files. Luckily we were referred and brought the Hardrive in to CDP. We were lucky enough to have lost only 1 picture out of about 500gb worth. That is pretty amazing.
