What a relief to finally find a truly caring, professional pet sitter that does just that; REALLY cares for our pet.
Upon meeting Cindy for the first time I was impressed with her gentle ways with our very shy cat who allowed her to not only approach within 20 feet (a rare event), but also to touch & pet her as well (even more rare). Cindy is very detail oriented, organized and attentive with a calm, friendly demeanor and more importantly, an obvious lover of pets!
Cindy made many notes of our care habits, routines & particular likes & quirks of our cat well beyond what we documented. Her services proved to be above & beyond anything we’ve ever experienced and her fees far less! We are extremely happy with the care and service she has delivered; from her visit reports (documented daily on her Daily Visit Checklist) to her text messages with photos during each visit, Cindy is amazing. I will never again be worried for our cat’s well being while we are away knowing Cindy will be here. What a difference it makes when a service provider is doing what they love, and with Cindy it shows. I recommend her highly.
