Logos Dentistry

This review is from last year, however, It was important for me to add it. Our experience was great from booking the appointment over the phone to our office experience.
When I called to get an emergency appointment for my 8 yr old daughter, Dr. Kris Putrasahan made an excption to squeeze my daughter in. I could not have asked for any better than Dr. Kris! He made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained everything to us. He is so compassionate and knowledgeable.
The receptionist over the phone and office staff were very kind, helpful and personable. Dr. Putrasahan actually did not accept our insurance at the time but made everything affordable. I switched to insurance that was accepted here only so we could see Dr. Kris
Fast forwarding to current times… We have had many visits to Dr. Kris. I must say that I’m so impressed by the personable service we receive from everyone here. There is no other dentist more kind, patient and skilled to work on us. Although, we haven’t been in this year, this is the only dentist we will go to moving forward. We love Dr. Kris and the entire staff! Jaia and I will be in to see you soon!

I have seen few good dentists which I can recommend their work, but unfortunately all of them had the worst staff and assistants. Logos dentistry however was an exception.
Dr. Putrasahan was referred to me by a couple whose been his patient for few years. When I asked them about their dentist, they said he is the best. So I was sure that he was going to take good care of my teeth problems. But the experience was way better than my expectations.
I am a last minute patient and just a week before leaving the U.S. for couple of months, I suddenly decided to go and see a dentist and take care of my teeth to make sure I can enjoy my vacation the best. Called my friend and got the number on Tuesday. Called them and talked with a very sweet lady. I explained that I like to see the doctor on the same week and hopefully on Friday morning which I was off and had no kids at home. She explained that they do not have an appointment on Friday morning and if they get a cancellation, she will call me. I received a call from her on Thursday explaining that still there is no Friday morning appointment, but they can see me on the afternoon at 1:45. I asked her to keep the appointment and still call me on Friday if anything opens up in the morning. She called again in morning just to tell me that she has not been able to reschedule my appointment in the morning, so I need to go there in the afternoon.
I had no choice other than taking two kids with me to the appointment and I was very nervous about that. But upon arrival the staff was super friendly and the office was very kid-​friendly. There were lots of kids books in the waiting area. A very nice lady with a beautiful smile guided us into the room within minutes upon arrival and told my kids to take the books they like with them into the room. The Doctor’s assistant brought an extra chair from another room for my other kid to sit next to her sister. They had Netflix in the office! They played Netflix for my kids which made them feel like home. My kids enjoyed their favorite cartoons while the assistant took all the X-​Ray pictures very gently and Dr. Putrasahan fixed my tooth. He was great and explained all the problems very clearly to me. He was very friendly with my kids as well. My 7 year old talked with him about her loose tooth and he explained her what to do :-) I had the best experience of my life in a doctors/​dentist office. I highly recommend Dr. Putrasahan.

I have been going to Logos for the last couple of years, and it has easily been the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Dr. Kris and Maya and the whole team are awesome. They work with you in regard to scheduling, insurance, etc — whatever you need, they accommodate.
Highest of High Regards for this operation !!
And to top it off, his dentistry skills and advice are also top notch !!!
If you aren’t 100% pleased with your current dentist, make the move to Logos — you will be glad you did.

Fabulous visit to the dentist! My kids (12 & 13) graduated from a pediatric dentist to this «real» dentist office last month and their experience was wonderful. The visit was extremely thorougher, the dentist was extremely gentle and explained every last detail to us. I was very impressed. We even returned this last week to get imprints for a mouth-​guard for sports my son is playing.
