Terrible place to live! I have lived here since March of 09 and use to love this place! Now, under the new ownership called «Weidner «it seems as though these people don’t have a clue what they are doing! Both pools are gree, the ponds all have maggots crawling out of them and smell like a frog pond, and ALL 3 spas have been closed for 3 months already! We always receive letter stating how sorry they are and that things will get fixed and yet here we are, same stuff, different day! Terrible! read those filtered reviews, because they are on point!

Good apartments for price and location. Family friendly, good staff and mostly clean property. I like the proximity to everything around.
