I made an appointnment with Mark to get my windows tinted on a Saturday; he seemed like a really cool guy. He offered to tint all of my windows, whatever shade, for a flat rate. When I showed up for my appointment, no one was available. I called his cell phone twice, and still no response. I tried to send a text, and it was returned as undeliverable. I waited for an hour. It has been a few weeks now, and still no call-​back. I have since gotten my windows tinted elsewhere.
This poor display of professionalism is not conducive to the reviews that I have seen online about SunDown. It somewhat leads me to believe that something was wrong (I honestly hope not). I do hope all is well with Mark, but as far as I am concerned, I got stood up. No bueno. 1 Star.

Can’t say enough about the quality of the work this guy does. The price is right and my tint looks perfect! I’m really happy! I recommend Sundown to everyone!
