The carnitas is only in certain areas, very disheartening. Since I do not do spicy very well my better half is the one that has been getting the burritos lately.

Don’t bother ordering online. They are understaffed so they won’t have made your order ahead of time. You’ll stand and wait

Dear Chipotle, Why do you hate your loyal fans? Over 20 minutes in line(just to get to the counter) should automatically exclude a restaurant from being«fast casual.» They only thing casual was their desire to piss me off! I stopped going to the Eden Prairie location because they failed to listen, were extremely slow and the employees, I presume, were usually so high out of their mind that they didn’t know where they were. I was excited to hopefully call this place my new Chipotle HQ. At the counter, no one listens, they would rather talk with other employees and the cashier thinks it’s funny to make people wait while he finds a working cigarette lighter so his coworker can go out and smoke on her break. At home I find one bag of chips with hardly any chips in it. My fiancé’s bag of chips is loaded. All of the chips were horribly soggy. I don’t know if they had been soaked in water or were so undercooked that they were basically tortillas. We threw them out they were so terrible. The steak was nothing but fat and gristle. The chicken was burnt and dry and there was nothing that could save it from sucking. Tonight the food and service was awful. We threw out half the food. We should have just stuck to eating saltine crackers. I would have been much less disappointed. The only thing that is consistent with Chipotle seems like their inconsistencies.

This used to be the best restaurant ever! What happened to the food? It is so bland, and actually tasted bad last time. I love chipotle! But this restaurant has really Lost flavor. I absolutely love that they use humanely farm raised animals. Come on chipotle, put The flavor back in there now.

Over the years this location has gone downhill food is not consistent and not the best. Tables are dirty a lot of the time.

Only issue I have is with their burritos. I wish they would mix the ingredients you ask for in your burrito so that each bit has a little bit of everything! Other taco/burrito joints do that for their customers — definitely enhances the burrito tasting experience, lol. But seriously though…

Sorry to give a horrible review. This has been my favorite location until today. The line and was backed up because there was no chicken. My daughter had to wait almost ten minutes after we say down to get her food. There was an unfriendly looking lady standing behind the register observing the crew and obviously making the crew very nervous as well. The tortilla press guys hands were shaking. The lady had no emotion and did nothing to help when the crew was sinking. If she is a corporate boss I think Steve the owner would have fired her instantly. I really couldn’t enjoy my food with that women just standing there watching everyone work so hard for so little gratitude.

I have been at this location several times. Tonight is the last time I will ever attend this location. Service just continues to go downhill. My family and I waited in line for well over 30 minutes. This place is so understaffed. The cashier regularly disappeared to the back, making things back up even more. When he would re-appeared he just walked up to the cash register. He never once came back with food, a rag or anything. I can only assume he was in back taking breaks or drinking pop. Either way he made the line slow down even more with his breaks When we got to the front of the line, my daughter was placing her order when the cashier handed the man a ticket. The man said we must wait as they had just received a call in order and those are filled first. I guess me waiting in line means nothing? They then proceeded to make7 different meals. When the man returned after filling the orders, he made it seem like we were bothering and inconveniencing him. Finally, As soon as I got to the cashier to pay for my meal, he grabbed a rag and left to clean several tables. Are you kidding me? where is the owner, manager. I am sorry but I will NEVER visit this Chipotle again. If management does not care about it’s patrons. Then I will go somewhere where my business is appreciated and wanted.

Way too long a line, and they disable the app during lunch hours so there is no way to get my Chipolte fix during my lunch break

Love Chipotle, and frequent this location. On a recent visit however, saw an employee in the back mixing rice with bare hands. Every other employee except the cashier wore gloves. Why does this employee think he doesn’t have to follow the rules? Why does no one correct him? We love the healthy food and efficiency of Chipotle and this is one of two of our favorite locations. Unfortunately food sanitation is an essential quality. Would give a 5 star if only management is paying attention and able to fix the«bad apple» and strengthen the culture to prevent this from happening again.

Recently, I was at this location in Chan at lunch time with my family. The line was wound around and out the door with people obviously on lunch break from work. My main issue with this location is that it is far less family friendly then other Chipotle locations. There are no booths in this larger then usual dining area and they do not stock spoons. Period. As in they do not carry them. We asked at the register when we could not find any spoons in the usual location and they stated that they never have them. To me the spoon issue is a no brainer. This is food whos base is rice. Children + rice — spoon = huge mess and more on the floor then in the kid! This area is filled with families — yet no spoons. It’s a spoonless Chipotle society… Yup. It irked me that much.

Chipotle never lets me down. It’s always a great place to eat with all of the healthy and natural choices that they have. This particular Chipotle is my favorite; the lines are never too long and the workers are very nice. Go Chipotle!

Will always love Chipotle! Came in for a late night dinner after a beer festival and it hit the spot. Food is always tasty. Service was nice.

I go to this Chipotle for lunch and dinner and always receive great service. The employees always make my food well and it’s easy to get«a little» or «extra» of any ingredient you like, I feel like at other locations it’s treated like an inconvenience. This is the first Chipotle where I know the workers by name. Being recognized at an establishment I frequently patronize makes me a loyal customer for life :)

Look. It is a chain. If you don’t like it to start with, you don’t like it. I’m rating THIS Chipotle as if I think a great Chipotle location would rate 5 stars. This one, does not. It rates about 1.5 stars and I am rounding up to be generous. The employees act like you are interrupting them by being there. I’ve never been during a busy time, and maybe the lunch time staff is more competent, but in the evening, they are terrible. I’ve walked in multiple times to find nobody behind the counter, because they are sitting together at a table chatting. Sometimes I get lucky, and they are behind the counter chatting. At some point they decide to take a break from their conversation to see what I want. Since they haven’t been working while no customers were there, things are messy. Food is scattered around the line and ingredients have intermingled a bit here and there. They haven’t been stirring things on the line, so the beans have plenty of that dried crust on top. The«fresh» veggies are not. It is totally unappetizing. They barely listen to you as you place the order, so you have to go out of your way to get them to put what you want on, on, and leave what you want off, off. They slop it on messily, pay little attention to portions and do a poor job of wrapping it up. What on earth? It isn’t that difficult. Seriously, Taco Bell is the better choice in Chanhassen, and that is just sad. Higher quality ingredients to start with mean nothing if employees let it all become dried out and crusty or wilted and slimy. The one in Eden Prairie is terrible too. The one in Shakopee seems functional, but I am rarely near that one.

Dear Chipotle, Why does one of your employees suddenly insist on referring to the bean choices as «vegetarian black bean» and«pinto beans cooked with smoked bacon»?? Adding verbage to questions slows down the line! Why do people lean over the glass(sneeze bar)? Do they really need to see their options better? On the plus side, I would like to mention I appreciate your support of local farmers and the cute stories on your soda cups. Don’t take this too personally, dear Chipotle. I am usually crabby at your establishment because I am hung over. Hugs, Courtney
