My husband and I spent over two hours with YJ Choi today at the Chantilly store. We’re senior citizens and were there to purchase one new phone and have several questions answered. YJ took the time to fulfill all our expectations with patience and clarity. He was polite and understanding and gave us several suggestions to improve our cellphone experiences at the most affordable cost. I highly recommend this store and especially YJ.

I purchased a new device from Brandon a couple days ago and received excellent, efficient service. He’s been helping me and my family with our account for the last 2 years if memory serves correctly. I had to return to the office for an important meeting and during that time I was able to trust him with transferring all of my information from one phone to the next. He was able to get everything, lower my bill, and give me the best price I’ve seen on the phone. DON’T go anywhere else, you won’t regret it. I got in and out instead of those 45min to an hour waits at the mall. Thank you Brandon

DON’T EVERGOTOTHISPLACE. This salesman Jollian will hide extra charges without telling you when you sign up the contract because he can make extra money for his commissions. That’s not right when you do things like that. THEYAREVERYSHADYANDBIGLIARS. The store manager Brandon will lie to you as well that he sent emails to his boss. It’s actually a lie. He is a BIGGESTLIAR. He will be pretending to help you to solve the problem then he did not do anything to help you just b/s. He is another shady store manager that’s why his salemen can lie to their customers. Look at him, he’s doing the same thing to the customers. Go to the corporate store in Fair Oaks mall if you need a new phone. You will be charged so much more and this store is private owned retail Verizon store. The salemen are not honest to their customers so please don’t be a victim like me. I don’t write reviews at all but this is my first time ever i have to write such a bad review.

Buyers be aware! This place will scam you, tell you about a worry-free return policy and never honor their policy. Double check all receipts before you leave this store. There are many add-ons they will try to pull. I tried to resolve the matter with Jon. 1st attempt, he hung up on me after a 8 min hold. 2nd attempt, I asked for corporate’s number and he refused to give me their number. Only do business with the original Verizon Stores, NEVER a third party retailer. Verizon will not acknowledge any business from these stores.

Thank you Brandon to you and your team for your phenomenal customer service yesterday. I appreciate your courtesy and professionalism in resolving the issue with my Droid Turbo phone especially when the corporate tech team and Fair Oaks Mall store ignited mass confusion and followed up with poor customer service. I got my iphone here right after they opened because I wanted to avoid the DMV-like process and long wait at the Verizon operated stores. It was an easy process. Last weekend my 74 year old father-in-law was visiting and needed a new basic phone. Our sales rep, David, turned out to be a fellow Navy vet and swapped ship stories with my father-in-law while he helped him get a new phone. This was no small task as his old plan was under Altel which was bought by Verizon some time ago so it took some doing to get everything updated. He was very patient and we appreciated his time and effort.

Without getting into all the nuances of my terrible experience, I will quickly summarize. We bought a new iPhone here late last spring which had to be ordered from Apple — presumably. Within a month, the phone had technical issues so my son brought it to an Apple store near his college. They opened it up and said the insides and outside did not match and it was not eligible for replacement. We brought it in to the Chantilly store(some months later) and told them the situation, and they said we had to bring it up with Verizon. The local manager promised a regional manager would be in touch(never happened and it may have averted this review). He questioned whether Apple may have been mistaken. I took the phone to a local Apple store and it was confirmed that numbers were inconsistent and that the phone was never registered as purchased. The in-store employees were polite, though they had no ability to provide any solution to my problem. I eventually came to some resolution with Verizon after Herculean efforts, but I have learned it is much easier to deal directly with Verizon or with a Verizon store vs. this«Authorized Retailer,» particularly if it comes to backing up their product.

There are 8 check out stations at this location. There is currently one person on staff. Why would this location be so massive and not staff it? Im currently listening to the representative talk to a customer about where they are from while people that are waiting are leaving from waiting for so long. This is a pathetic excuse for store.
