My medical insurance sent me to Family Hearing Services, where Dr. Khatri gave me a warm welcome before we began the hearing assessments. As others have said, Dr. Khatri is knowledgable, compassionate and knows her stuff! She offered some simple tips that have made wearing hearing aids very easy and non-​invasive.
Also, during the shake-​down period of getting used to the aids, I have visited her every week to report how her adjustments have affected my level of hearing comfort.
I’m very glad to have found Family Hearing Services, specifically Dr. Khatri.

Dr. Khatri was great to work with in selecting and fitting my hearing aid. It was easy to get appointments, she responded promptly to emails, and followed up on to see if everything was ok. She diligently worked with me to go through a trial, select the aid, get it adjusted and working, and patiently worked through the fine tuning required. She is very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend her services.

Dr Khatri was amazing. Fast appointment and excellent client service. Kind, understanding, offered me coffee and made it for me herself. She went out of her way to help me get my services done so that I would be able to take advantage of my medical benefits.
Her exam was very thorough and detailed. When fittings and tests needed to be done for the aids, she was very informative and really helped me understand what was happening. She guided me through what I needed to do, and sensitive to ensure I was getting the right idea and result. It was unbelievable to hear like that again.
Additionally she dealt with all the insurance challenges and resolved instantly to get our results the same day.
