Poplar Tree is more like a sports field complex than a park — leave the picnic basket at home.
There’s 4 baseball/​softball fields, two (excellent) turf soccer/​football fields and one grass field. Some are lit at night, but only for scheduled games. Plenty of bleachers for spectators and there are bathrooms on site (yeah actual bathrooms, not a plastic box with a hole).
