I purchased some glasses from an online store but I needed them adjusted. I felt so guilty going in here because I didn’t get my glasses from them. Larry charged a very small fee for the adjustment and was very helpful and nice. I actually had to go back 3 times to continue making adjustments and each and every time he was kind and made the adjustments for me. He would not let me give him anymore money. So, because he was nice, I think I may grab some sunglasses from 20⁄20 since they are local. The selection of glasses and sunglasses is actually really good a for a local shop.

In response to the first review. Yes, you pay a little more at 20/20, but I think it is worth it for the service and quality. These folks have the most stylish frames in town. You could easily spend $ 30 in your time, travel and research just to save the $ 30. I highly recommend 20⁄20.

I’ve gotten 3 pairs of glasses here over 5 years. They have an excellent selection of high end frames. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for something distinctive. The staff is awesome and shopping there is fun. I can’t comment about the pricing complaints mentioned by another reviewer, but you should stick to the mall and big box stores if you’re highly price conscious. This isn’t the type of place to shop if you’re going to sweat $ 20.

I stopped in on a whim after spotting a cute pair of sunglasses in the window. I tried them on and really liked them. They were $ 175, which was in my budget. I was curious if they came in other colors, so I asked the sales associate for the style number or model nae. She asked for my full name, which I gave her, and then she entered something in the computer. I asked again if she could write down the style number on a card or something for me and she said, «We don’t do that, we keep that information on file here.» I thought that was kind of suspicious, so I typed in the designer name and a description of the glasses and happened upon the frames at both Solstice(they have a shop at Southpoint) and Neiman Marcus. Now, Neiman Marcus is NOT known for deals, so imagine my surprise when I saw the price was $ 145! $ 30 cheaper! It was the same price on Solstice’s website too, and I called their Southpoint location to see if they had those frames in stock and to double check the price. Now, there was no indication at either of the websites that those frames were on sale, which leads me to believe that 20⁄20 marks up their frames. Needlessly paying $ 30 extra — especially if you require prescription lenses, which is gonna cost you additional money — is not something I’m interested in doing. No wonder they don’t give out any information on their glasses. They don’t want you to shop around and find out they hike up prices to make rent! I’ll take my business somewhere a little more honest.
