Stacie Dye – Real Estate Experts

When we were ready to buy our first home in Durham, we knew we wanted a Realtor who would be helpful but not pushy — we have friends who used a pushy Realtor, and they ended up compromising on a lot of things they wanted in the name of resale. We talked to a few Realtors who were unresponsive to email, or who just seemed painfully fake and unappealing. Then thankfully, we found Stacie and Go Realty.
Stacie was wonderful. She is clearly passionate about her work. She listened to us, and did not try to push us towards anything we didn’t want. She provided an important ‘reality check’ when we needed it. She made looking at houses so much fun, and when it came time to do all the hard stuff she was a huge help. She patiently answered all of our questions, was easy to get a hold of via email, and checked in often. She was a joy to work with I would highly recommend her to anyone.
