TCR: Triangle Cellular Repair

Cracked my screen once and I took it to them to fix. Once I got home I realized the led screen wasn’t working so they told me to take it back and they would fix it. Get there that same day and they ran out of lcd screens so I had to come back another day.
Fast forward to a few months later I crack my screen again. I call to make sure they have screens at the store and they said they did. I get there and he breaks the screen while putting it on my phone. I had to wait an hour for them to go get another screen. Not only that but after I left I realized he put the screen protector on crooked which was messing up my camera so I had to take it back again just for him to fix. He never apologized and acted like it was my fault that it was messed up.
Update: owner called and offered me a refund for the screen. He was very respectful and polite.

My repair presented some challenges but everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Customer satisfaction was their goal. I was super pleased with the outcome of my visits to TCR. Definitely recommend.

My screen was badly damaged and the kid started to fail. Not only was the repair flawless, it only took 45 minutes. The best part of the experience was the service. Very knowledgable, polite, and patient. I decided at the last second to get s new case and screen protector, and they took 10 percent off without me asking for anything. Would definitely go back for not only repairs, but for accessories too!

I purchased a protective glass shield for my iPhone at a cell phone kiosk in a big-​box store. The guy installed the glass shield and then pointed out a huge bubble at one edge that he said would eventually disappear. It didn’t so I returned it. Soon after, Triangle Cellular Repair opened up in Chapel Hill near where I work. I purchased a glass shield there that was not only half the price but, most importantly, installed correctly in a matter of minutes by Brian! I really appreciate the convenience, efficiency and good service and am happy to recommend this local small business!

I cracked my iPhone 5S screen and tried to call around for a bargain. I got iCracked to come to my house for $ 85 (I talked her down from $ 105) and the contractor completely screwed up my phone, losing parts and important screws. Not to mention, she took two days and a combined 4 hours to hand over a non-​functional phone. I finally brought it to Brian at TCR and he was able to take care of everything in under and hour. He gave me a slight discount and had me out of there at $ 100. It was only $ 15 more, but well worth if for the peace of mind. TCR’s employees are well trained, polite and very transparent. When your phone screen is cracked, don’t be cheap and try to save a couple of bucks by letting iCracked or another cut-​rate repair service handle your phone. Take it from me – take your phone to the brick and mortar store and let TCR get it done the right way the first time around.

Brian fixed my phone! My iPhone 5 strangely lost its ability to connect to cellular service. The Apple Store and Sprint were unable to help, and I tried several factory resets and other internet tips myself to no avail. Brian was very helpful and got my phone up and running again. Thanks!!!

They put in a new battery in my iPhone in just a few minutes. The price was excellent, service was top notch, mand I would definitely use them again.

A Groupon brought me in but I’ll be back. Really great service and a clean, well-​lit store. Phone chargers for only $ 5. The guys who helped me with my cracked phone screen were charming and helpful. They’re very quick.

Super convenient location. Nick replaced my iPhone 5S screen in 5 minutes while I waited on the comfy couch. I spent longer talking to him about the business than he did fixing my phone.
I will say that my new screen is not as responsive as the OEM screen, but I saved about $ 100 over sending it in to Sprint. I realize that TCR didn’t manufacture the screen, so it’s not really on them, hence the 5 star review.
I’ll go back if I need to and will recommend TCR to my friends.
