Have used the U-Haul location twice in the last year. The equipment is always prepared as ordered and clean. The professionals who work here are just fantastic. Would highly recommend utilizing their services.

Best place that I have ever rented a truck from! Moving day can be stressful so it is nice when picking up the truck can be a pleasant and positive experience– it gets the day started right.
Everyone was courteous and efficient. All of the charges were explained so there were no surprises when I got the final bill. They were very busy when I returned the truck in the evening and asked if I would mind just leaving the truck and getting the bill by e-mail. From experience with other Uhaul locations I was a bit nervous about this, but within 30 mins I had my receipt and it was exactly as expected– no surprises.
No need to go anywhere else for truck rental in the future, this is the place!

We had some couches we needed to move across town and decided to rent a 10′ truck from Uhaul to accomplish our task. The Uhaul website originally referred us to the Mellott Contractors’ location in Carrboro, but I was really alarmed at the surplus of negative reviews, so I switched the reservation to this location on Vicker’s Road.
I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction.
The staff was super helpful and friendly; There was very little paperwork (wonderful), the truck was clean and drove great. The guy working that day made it clear what we were signing and was upfront about any hidden fees that we could be charged (i.e., fuel level, etc.), which I greatly appreciated. He also told us that, although we only rented the truck for 2 hours, we could bring it back any time (even after hours) without any extra charges. Their store was clean and new and the location was really convenient.
This was definitely a 5 star business and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

I needed to move some things in a hurry and first called the closest Uhaul places even if they had poor ratings. I couldn’t even get them to answer my call! Then I saw this one which had excellent reviews. I called them despite having to go out of my way. Chris was WONDERFUL. Although he had a booking for a van at 2:00, he agreed to allow me to take it out at 11:55 with the promise of getting it back by 1:45. It was tight, but I did it. I really appreciated his willingness to trust me. The check in and check out was swift and pain free. Go to Chris if you need a vehicle or storage!
