Went here for a birthday dinner with a bunch of friends. The waitstaff was courteous, and accurate with the orders. The music was fun and upbeat. They currently aren’t serving any alcohol but that wasn’t a big deal. Most of us got sushi. It was very good. Some of the sushi rolls are a little pricey. There is a pretty big price difference in them, which I don’t understand. They do have a huge selection though. The food was very good either way. I got the«Surf n Turf» roll, which was a new thing for me(raw beef), and very delicious! I would recommend this place. I enjoyed it.

We purchased a $ 25 Groupon for $ 40 worth of Hibachi dinner for two. Upon seating it was explained that we could only order the single platter, with the exception of lobster which is normally $ 10 extra. No combos. So the prices are, if I can recall: $ 15 for chicken, ribeye, or shrimp +$ 2 salmon +$ 5 filet mignon +$ 5 scallops Your dinner comes with salad(with ranch or ginger dressing) and soup(miso or clear). We ordered one ribeye plate and one scallops plate. Doing the math now, after tax+tip the savings are negligible – but hey, they got us through the door. For a busy Friday night, we were seated and served promptly. The portions were filling. The only crummy thing was realizing that the fine print on the Groupon would really limit our options. No combos, really? All in all, if you’re planning on getting the actual $ 40 worth of food from your Groupon, order the filet mignon or scallops, or be content with the fact that you’re not getting as great a deal as you expected.

Had the Alaskan roll(salmon, avocado and cucumber) and crab crunchy roll(has eel sauce) for lunch. Fantastic!!! I’ll order this again. $ 8.99.

I had takeout and I always keep my expectations in check when I order sushi takeout but it really good and the staff were very friendly. It also didn’t look like your typical sushi place. I’ll definitely go back.

I went in to sit at the bar and there were two empty seats but apparently I couldn’t sit at either for some reason? The place was not busy but I was still treated rudely I was just going to order something To-go but wound up going next door to Atomic wings.

I used my groupon here for the hibachi for two. The plate was full of food, the food came out steady(soup, salad, then plate). We also ordered the Gyoza which was amazing. Most places don’t give it a crisp on the outside but they did which I love. The ginger sauce on the salad was very disappointing which took away from the whole meal as it is my favorite part. The waitress was very nice and gave us sodas to go.

Came here for Sushi and was pleasantly surprised. The sushi was amazing. We ordered the crab wontons and the shrimp appetizers, which were just as wonderful as the sushi. The hibachi dishes were great as well.

I and my husband are fans of Man VS Food. We saw him do the Bushido’s Seppuku(?) sushi challenge. So one day my husband, a friend of ours, my mom and dad, went to eat there and watch my husband and his friend do the challenge. So they explain the rules and she brings the sushi to the table. So first off the rolls are huge… It’s not just a lot of spicy, but also a lot of food. Secondly, the waitress says«the rolls go in this order» *pointing from one end to the other, then oppositely pointing from the other columns end, to the other*. I was somewhat confused, seeing as how odd that placement was. They begin and start going through the tools and as the hit halfway, it starts to get really hot. Then they hit the next columns first roll, the way the waitress mentioned TWICE to do, and they immediately took huge bites into the hottest roll. They almost choked and they were actually both crying and completely stopped. Even though it was fun, I wasn’t really happy about it, because it didn’t seem fair for the price. We get our bill… $ 80!!! I only ordered a small plate of sushi. So overall my guess is it was around $ 65. The food was so so. If you’re coming here to so the challenge, be fair warned it’s over double the amount shown in the«Man VS Food» episode. Probably won’t ever come here again.

Chicken and steak hibachi for me alone cost me $ 30 with a tip, no alcohol!!! The steak had little to no flavor was overcooked and the cut of meat was terrible bilo quality. The chicken had a funny texture and was kind of slimy. The salad was white chunks of lettuce stalk. And then I was charged 3 dollars for more rice, as my «portion» was very small. The place has gone DOWNHILL. big time. I used to love this place

Told they do delivery but when I called the girl just didn’t understand English although sounded American. This disabled Vet just wants delivery.

This place used to be good. Last time in the service was terrible. It took an hour to get our sushi(4 rolls) and the server did not refill our glass even once.

Friendly and wonderful service. Food here meets expections. Just no longer $ 7 signature sushi Sunday nights. Besides all that, it’s worth going

so sadly busidos has lost a star. I used to frequent the establishment on $ 7 signature roll night but that no longer exist. So we weren’t notified and paid full price. I won’t be coming here as often for sure. When the price was right it was a sure fire 4 star but now it is three. If I am paying full price for a roll I would rather go to another establishment.

I love Bushido’s! Their food is always fresh and tasty. My favorites are the Mozzarella egg rolls. They are different and so good. Their hibachi specials are a great deal. Most recently, I had a groupon for 2 to have the hibachi meal. We had hibachi steak, salad and soup. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The bar does a great job as well-I thoroughly enjoyed the cosmo. The sushi is also good-I have always been pleased. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great!

We ordered Bushido the other day for the first time. We thought we were ordering delivery, but it turned out to be pick up only. They quit delivery service but it still lists it as available on their website. I feel like it was really expensive for take out Japanese. I absolutely love hibachi but it wasn’t worth the full price as a to go order. I asked for a double order of vegetables but all it contained was zucchini. Very skimpy on the other veggies. Must have been low on onions that day. I will say that for a craving, it was a very quick order. I called, got in my car, and 10 minutes later I had Hibachi in the seat next to me. They did forget my soy sauce side, which was devastating at the time. I might be back, but I probably will try a few other asian inspired restaurants before coming back here.

Great food, good variety of options, and fast, friendly service. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been good every time. Last night we had the rainbow, spicy tuna, tempura shrimp and crunchy crab sushi rolls and they were all delicious — I think tempura shrimp was my favorite! Then we each got hibachi(the portions are big so we took most of it to go) — it was fantastic. The server didn’t skimp out on the white sauce when we asked for extra. We will definitely be going back soon!

I go back and forth with this place. I like it because it’s right down the street from my house and also because the food is truly delicious… but man, the service… I just feel like I’m always hearing from the staff about how they feel about the management, and it often takes FOREVER to get served(unless it is lunch time — I always have great success around that time because there are literally zero people in the restaurant and I mostly sit at the empty, bartenderless bar). Last time I had to ask three times for a water and I watched the waitress do things like chit chat, clean off tables(there wasn’t a wait), etc. — this was one of the times I wasn’t sitting at the bar. There is just no atmosphere because its usually empty and everyone is very stiff. I can’t quite pin point the problem. I’ll say again, the food is excellent, but I would choose ichiban on sam rittenberg over bushido every time if bushido wasn’t soooo close to my house(i think its the same owner? or same family?) I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s something.

If I had 10 thumbs, all of them would point to the ground. I hate to be that guy but this place is 100% amateur hour. Our server(who will remain nameless) started out great! Super helpful with the menu. Even hooked up my 2yr old with some cucumbers and ranch to tide him over until the food arrived. 45 minutes later …45!!! Not 20 minutes but 45 minutes. That’s 20 minutes times two, plus an extra 5 minutes. Not once did our server check on us. SERIOUSLY!!! The kitchen obviously slipped but that doesn’t mean that you should IGNORE us!!! I was borderline ready to walk out but my wife is like 100 weeks pregnant and starving. We stayed. The food arrived and was absolutely delicious however, our server would never know that because we were being IGNORED! Did we do something to upset you? Was my 2yr old causing a scene? Were we throwing you shade as if it were your fault that the kitchen was behind? The answer to all of these questions is NO. I’m in the industry… have been for years. I can understand when kitchens get backed up but you gotta step your game up and at least come talk to me. Don’t go hide out in the kitchen and take every other route through the dining room to void walking by my table!!! And after your co-workers drop off my food, it’s common courtesy to at lest stop by and ask us how it tastes. And one more thing… how did you know that we didn’t care for dessert? You must have read my mind as you handed me my check with my mouth full from my last bite of food. Excellent timing. Manager? Hahahaaaaa. Great question.

I had a delicious tuna shrimp tempura roll, it was just the right size to fit nicely into my mouth unlike some places. We also had the gyoza — standard and tasty. I’d order them again. The crab wonton had little crab and was pretty oily. They’re just not my scene. My friend had the udon noodles, I tried a forkful and can say I’d order this myself. I’ll be back to try more of their sushi, we originally wanted to use a groupon but were seduced by the menu into ordering the above. Reasonably priced rolls, mine was $ 9 or $ 10.
