Awesome little gem! Found it thanks to other Unilocal reviews and so glad we did! We had the eggs Benedict and the corned beef has with eggs. Both were awesome! Service was fast & friendly, great diner prices, and more than enough for a breakfast serving!

A great Jewish deli :) They have great sandwiches that are just like the delis in New York!

Hello Deli — Bye, bye Deli. Staff was very friendly and attentive but the food was average at best. Maybe our expectations were too high, but normally mom and pop venues have some of the best dishes in town. Wouldn’t rule out a second visit, however just not for breakfast.

I had hoped for more. I love these off the beaten path diners, but this one was just fair. Nice waitress, she warmed up, initially she disnt say much so I made it a point to smile and talk, she then opened up and became quite nice. I got corned beef hash with hash browns, there was barely any corned beef in the hash. The hash was just the hash browns with some corned beef and onions thrown in, it may have worked if there was meat in it. It was a 10 $ breakfast and I left 3 for a tip as the server ended up being very nice. 13 $ for 2 eggs, toast, and home fried with onions. I may not throw in the towel totally as I think this place still can be descent. Very clean and we’ll kept. I will adjust my review if next time is better.

We had a couple hours for an early layover and wanted to find somewhere close to grab food. We chose Hello Deli on a whim, and it was a great find! The little deli features legit NY deli fare and all day breakfast. The sweet potato fries were well worth the trip alone!

Love the fries! Staff if friends and have great deserts. Be Careful on a busy day for take out; I preordered my food and arrived about 15 min later. I still had to wait about 20 min for my food. I did see that they had a lot of other take out orders and were a little busy. They should have said on the phone that there had a wait, I only get a certain amount of time for lunch. The food is amazing tho!

Diner food at its best. Cute older couple that own it and have been feeding north charleston with moms home cooking for years. Philly sandwich is great and breakfast is a win win. Bagels are great and meatloaf will bring you back again and again.

I’ve worked in North Charleston near here for 2.5 years and didn’t know this place existed until this weekend! My parents were visiting and we wanted a spot for breakfast before they went back to IL. Ohhhhh it was so good! The corn beef and hash was real corned beef chipped and hash browns. It’s priced right and is Kosher if that’s important to you! Definitely worth stopping in for! They deliver, cater and will host your meetings in their large meeting room! I look forward to lunching there during work!

I would’ve taken a picture but I got too excited. I got eggs and ham and my husband got French toast. The eggs and ham was a generous portion and what I tried of the French toast was very good. It’s a small diner in a weird location in you aren’t from the area. Overall the food was pretty good for breakfast.

I have returned twice. Breakfast is delicious, corned beef and hash with 2 eggs is awesome, the two one star reviews(on the same date) below probably went together and out of spite and just how bad this was, HAD to write two reviews, but yeah, good deals here.

Hello Deli is not fancy. It is breakfast. It is inexpensive. It can be a little greasy and maybe a little unhealthy depending on your menu selection, but that’s on you. I personally, love it. They have fresh baked bagels, a good selection of breakfast and lunch items, friendly staff, and some legit diner coffee. My favorite item is the egg sandwich on an everything bagel with cheese and bacon, and you know what? I’m feeling generous, so I’ll go ahead and allow you to copy my breakfast combination if you’d like — free of charge, Do it. And then vote my review as useful. Thanks.

This is my new favorite breakfast spot. Two eggs, a fresh bagel, and bacon for $ 3.99 can’t be beat! Above average quality for a Charleston breakfast as well. Legit bagels and the bacon and pancakes are tasty. Unlimited refills on well brewed coffee. The Ruben for lunch is pretty good too! The service here can be a little confusing for a first timer, but rule of thumb is that if you want to dine in you can take a seat and you’ll be served, but if you are in a hurry best bet would be to go ahead and order at the counter. They leave your check on the table right when you order and when you’re ready to leave you just grab your check and walk up to the counter to pay. Easy enough! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I encourage you all to try it. Protip: They are closed on Sundays!

Had the Roast Beef on a Croissant, very tasty! My one complaint would be how well done the roast beef was when the menu said it was rare. Regardless, the taste was there and the meat was still juicy. Lunch specials are very well priced(6.99 for most sandwhiches) and the desserts looked delicous. I look forward to coming back and trying the pastrami and corned beef!
