One of the most rude and disrespectful people out of all the McDonald’s in West Virginia. Every time I order a Big Mac I say plainly and clearly NOTHINGBUTTHESAUCE… but they still get it wrong. Just today, they messed up my Big Mac order, so I went in and«confronted» them. They gave me a new one and gave me my money back… guess what happened? They still put cheese on it. Go to Wendy’s, not this untrained place.

The drive-thru staff are one of the most under-trained group of people I’ve ever met. They can barely get your order halfway right some of the time, and the double drive in order stations make the confusion even worse. I put this down to the management not training their workers very well.
