I love Panera and eat at them often when I travel. This is by far the slowest one I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never come here and had a quick or efficient experience. There is always a huge line and it seems to be because they aren’t staffing properly. There is a total of 20 people in the store and it took 20 minutes to put an order in and another 10 to get it. I will NOT be returning here. And my order was wrong.

Food was OK. Normally like Panara, but the Assistant Manager, Patti, got our meal off to a bad start! She was rude and condescending.‼When I tried to explain what I wanted for my to– go order & my eat-​in order, she cut me off, and said, «Why don’t you let me read it back to you, and then we’ll make any changes?» Had we not been hungry, we would have left. Had to go back & ask for a spoon, no mayo for my sandwich which I had asked for. Too many other restaurants in this area. Won’t be back!

After spending the day in the WV hills I was grateful to find a Panera! As always the food is delicious. This was a much welcomed change from the never ending biscuits and gravy sold in this state.

Love Panera eat there 2 or 3 times a week FL and TX here they have new employees don’t know how to take order rude Mgr who scolded is for ordering to fast dirty booths no one cleaning tables. Great chain poor management in Charleston location.

The only reason I give this place two stars because I typically like Panera’s food. It’s not the food itself that’s the problem; it’s the incompetency of the staff.
I have been a total of 5 times since I moved to the area a few months ago, and 3 of those times my order was wrong. No dressing with the salad, Cobb salad with nothing but lettuce & tomato, extra tomato on a sandwich when I explicitly asked for NO tomato. The list goes on. I will no longer get take out from this Panera, as I do not trust them to get my order correct.

Went to this panera bread 2 times and both times they have been out of at least one of the soups that me and my husband wanted. We will never go here again.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. The bread was fresh. We ordered grilled cheese for the kids, Mediterranean veggie sandwiches for us, and 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. It was all delicious. Thank you Panera!
