It is a Taco Bell. This rating is for how I see this Taco Bell, not how great their food is compared to other restaurants. I like this Taco Bell. You usually get through fast and I haven’t had my order messed up here before. Their food is exactly as you’d expect it. They ran out of medium cups and gave me a large, but only charged me for the medium that I ordered. It is the closest one to my house I will be coming back.

When exceptional customer service is delivered, I think it is something to be recognized. I honestly never saw myself submitting a review at a fast food restaurant but it certainly counts for something! Candy was working the counter when I visited this evening and she was wonderful! I love how she handled every interaction we had. From making a customized recommendation to the menu item I wanted to try, to remedying my order which was incorrect, it only missed the customized part (which happens, yes, we are all human)! She was full of spunk and handled everything splendidly! Let’s put it this way, if I ran a service establishment, I would hire Candy.

Food wise, it’s a Taco Bell. Most all the menu items are variations of the same thing (meat, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, some form of tortilla shell, etc). We’ve never had bad service here, though. The servers are nice and the dining area is (usually) clean. The restaurant was remodeled last year, and like Joseph S. mentioned, it feels more contemporary than the usually kitschy fast food.
If you come here, beware it can be hard to get in and out sometimes with traffic since it’s close to I-526.

I have a taco thing. And that thing is that I could eat Taco Bell way more often than I care to confess. This Taco Bell is a thumbs up, mostly. The food is usually good, the dining room is clean. We’ve had one or two trips where they have missed an item or messed the order up, but they also ran out to the parking lot to give us the missing food once. The staff is pretty nice and give efficient service.
I’ve used the mobile ordering on the Taco Bell app once and it was weird. The timing wasn’t right and they seemed a little confused with it. Not necessarily their fault, the app could just be weird. We got it straight in the end.

My family and I have frequented this restaurant a lot over the years. Since its renovation in the past couple of years, the contemporary feel of the restaurant has been really appealing over the typically sedate fast food (or not) scene. The bar style chairs and tables are definitely a pleasant change as well. The metal decorative design elements throughout likewise lend a more trendy restaurant feel. For the price point, I find Taco Bell’s menu extremely diverse and fulfilling. Everything from the Crunchy Taco Supreme, Mexican Pizza, Baja Chicken Chalupa, Cantina Power Bowl — Chicken (healthiest option), and Cinnabon Delights has always been delicious. I think it’s great they’re trying to break into the breakfast market as well and I’d recommend you try them out one morning.

I have been coming here for years and always had an OK experience, the place has been recently remodeled too and I have noticed an improvement in service quality since then too but it was never bad. Don’t forget, yes, it’s Taco Bell, yes, it’s one step above dog food in some cases but it’s cheap and fast and I loves their bean burritos for a quick cheap meal although it’s not helping me get ready for bikini season but anyway as far as Taco Bells go this is a decent one, just remember, it’s still a Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is about the same distance from my place of employment as the other in the area, but is a million times better. Just remember, it is a Taco Bell… not a 5 Star sit-down.
Their food is on par with other Taco Bells and I have never had a bad experience with their drive thru employees.
