My phone was dead on Monday morning. I was so happy that I had a Verizon store in my neighborhood! Chris and V helped me. I purchased a new phone and they were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, really know the product and could get to the trouble with my previous phone. The store was very busy when I returned to pick up my new phone. Chris was extremely efficient and got to me pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the service, knowledge and overall quality of service. If you have a phone problem, go there. The service is very personal and efficient!!!

Walked in with every intention of buying a new Samsung phone. Salesperson seemed very disinterested, pointed us to the area where they were. Didn’t even come over to the display, ask if we had questions, what we were looking for, what features we wanted. In short, she made zero effort to try and sell us something. There was no one else in the store at the time. Due to the poor service and negative first impression, we walked out and they ended up losing out on a sale. We went over to Best Buy in Everett instead, where we got top notch service, every question answered, and walked out with a brand new Galaxy Phone.
