Cord’s Cabinetry

Terrible customer service. I found it impossible to get an email back, and even if they were busy a simple email letting me know this would have been perfect. Three weeks into dealing with them (one visit to the store and me sending emails and not hearing back) I figured we would be well on our way to new kitchen cabinets. That wasn’t the case at all we still were waiting and trying to get a «designer» to contact us about a meeting to review our design. Which to add to that, the designer wasn’t doing anything, we made the design, got the measurements, and already had a cabinet design in mind so I am not sure what the «designer» was even doing. My number one complaint is not ever getting a response from them. I got one that asked when we could set up a meeting and that was all. Never heard back again.
I would highly recommend staying away from the company.
