All American Relocation

I have never written a negative review but after the horrible service I received attempting to use All American Relocation for my upcoming move, I felt the need to warn others against use of this company. After having a representative evaluate my belongings to be moved, I was given a date and time scheduled for the move. I subsequently booked airline tickets and scheduled a trip out of the country around these dates and times, assuming that these would be honored. One week prior to my planned move, I received a call from a new representative, with whom I had never worked prior to this date, stating that she wanted to change the date and time of the pick up of my belongings. Although making this change would be inconvenient with my work schedule, I did agree to the date and time change. Several hours after her initial call, this rude representative called again stating my things wouldn’t be delivered until one week after the date they had initially told me (at which point I would be out of the country). Rather than offering any possible solutions to this problem, the woman rudely said «sorry» and suggested I try to use a different moving company who could actually honor the dates that had been previously agreed upon with All American Relocation. I now have one week to try to find a new moving company and All American Relocation couldn’t care less about their lack of professionalism or the fact that they have left me without any options. I would strongly urge future customers to use a different relocation service so as to avoid a similar experience.
