Atlantic Bedding and Furniture

I found this company on Google. They had really good reviews so I figured it would be a good idea to check them out. Their location was hard to find but I was glad I had the patience to find it. I ended up getting the same exact bedroom set and mattress set from Ashley’s Furniture but for $ 500 cheaper! I am not sure how they are able to beat competition pricing with that large of a margin but I am not complaining. The guy I worked with was very kind as well. I went to a few other places first and felt pressured to make a purchase. This place was laid back yet assertive in answering my questions. They offer cheap delivery too. Almost half of what they tried to get me for at Rooms to Go. I will definitely check in to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture next time I am looking to furnish a room in my house. Thanks again guys.

Found this place online while looking for furniture stores. It’s a pretty sketchy location, not a furniture store so much as a wearhouse. I was just looking for a couch that would last me the next year or so and found it. I went to 5 or 6 different furniture stores that day and could not find anything I liked. I was very surprised I was able to find something here, but I cannot complain. My couch looks great and was very inexpensive. The employees were very friendly while the manager was standoffish. It took the full 15 business days for my couch to come in and when it did It was in the wrong color but the replacement came in the next day. They told me that they would call the day before the couch came in but they did not. I ended up calling them day 15 in which they told me it was there and they would deliver it the next day. After about 3 phone conversation later they realized it was the wrong color.
All in all I’m happy with my couch. I wish they were more on top of calling their customers, but other than that no big complaints.

Great place for quality furniture and great savings! We worked closely with Andrew (manager of the store) and he was a pleasure doing business with. They also provide delivery service and as long as you set up time/​date they will deliver on time! Great business!

Best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture in my life! Laid back buying atmosphere with great customer service!!! I saved a ton of money and felt like I was given plenty of help without being swarmed and attacked by salesmen. By far the best place to shop in Charlotte for furniture. James was my salesman and was the best! They are all very nice and would recommend this place to everyone!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I strongly suggest you don’t go here even though you might think you are saving $ 50 – 100. The couch was paid for in the month of March with a promise delivery of 7 weeks. They have completely messed it up, not delivered the couch, and do not return the money, do not call or keep me updated, it has been strenuous to say the least. I guess, I just have to think I donated $ 1200 to charity. I have no idea when I will get the couch, or I would just be calling them and leaving voicemails. No response, and totally rude when I call. One of the worst customer experiences. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
