Brookwood Inn

I thought the other Brookwood Inn was bad until I came to this one. There are 3 main differences– the other Brookwood Inn located in Statesville was 200 dollars a week, this one is 217 dollars a week. The TVs here are old tube TVs whereas the other Brookwood Inn had flat screens. Then the 3^rd and the biggest problem– wifi has not been working well for the past 2 weeks and has not been working at all the past 4 days. The owner will not offer any kind of discount or refund because the wifi «is an amenity not a requirement», even though it’s a main advertising/​marketing ploy they use to get customers…
Also, the maids will come in without knocking, they ignore any request to not come in because they don’t speak English, and no «do not disturb» signs are provided. I would type more but I don’t like using all my mobile data and typing on my phone. ⁰⁄₅.
Edit — 12÷18÷14 — I by no means want to reflect badly on the security staff, the maintenance or the Caucasian lady at the front desk. All of these people were really nice and helpful and did the best jobs they could possibly do. I have no hard feelings towards them, just the hotel.
