It is rare when you find a vendor that consistently does the right thing. They are very responsive to any inquiry and continue to follow up until an issue is resolved. From the owner, Jeff to the technicians Chris and Jacob they all exhibit a customer focused ‘can do’ attitude. They show up on time, are respectful of your property, and don’t leave the site until you are satisfied. They have all gone above and beyond to give the best possible service. And, their pricing is reasonable. If you need a pool servicing company this is the company to use.

These guys are fantastic! Our heater wasn’t working properly, but we were both too busy to call around. I was able to use their online chat feature to chat directly with the owner. He asked about our equipment and the problem. Per his request, we sent pictures of our equipment and he made sure his guys had appropriate parts to be able to fix it based on the common problems with these heaters. His guys called before coming, showed up when they said to would and were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They answered a bunch of questions, as this is the first in-​ground pool we’ve owned. The price was just the one-​hour service call an totally reasonable. Top notch service and great value!

We’ve been using Carolina Pool Services for over 4 years and have been completely happy with their service. They are always on-​time for appointments and do a great job. They are also super responsive to any issues that come up. We’ve used at least a half a dozen other pool service companies since we bought our house 10 years ago and they are the only ones that I have kept going back to.
