I should’ve written this updated review months ago. As mentioned in the previous review I was waiting on my part to come in. Well when I went to pick it up I received exceptional service. Sam brought my past to me and another gentleman rang me up. They both were so friendly. They asked me if I needed assistance installing the glass or if I would be installing it myself. They gave me some pointers as I informed them that I would be installing myself. The pointers were great and It took me no more that 15 minutes to replace my glass door. Thanks again Cashwell.

So far SAM saved my life. There was a crack in my oven glass door and nobody (lowes or home depot) sold just the glass part that I needed. They attempted to get me to purchase an entire new door. I was furious and decided to search the internet for an appliance parts store. I’m so glad I came across Cashwell Appliance Parts. Sam immediately assisted me and was so very helpful and friendly on the phone. My part comes in tomorrow and I’m so excited to finally be able to use my oven again. Thank you so much SAM and Cashwell for having the part I needed.
