This is a REALLY nice healthy, «fast» food place. The food is always freshly prepared right in front of you. I have ordered the salmon bowl a number of times and it really is fantastic. My husband has ordered the flat bread pizzas – both the BBQ and buffalo chicken pizzas and they are outstanding!!! The portions are also good size so you get a lot of food for the money. Definitely one of our new favorite places to eat.

I went yesterday and was so pleased. I chose to make my own creation and was so pleasantly surprised. My daughter also chose to make her own salad and also was pleasantly surprised. This place definitely gets my vote I will go back there time and time again. The environment is inviting and very clean staff was knowledgeable and it was done in excellence which I love.

I was very pleased with Crunch Bistro, and I have to say, I have never been served a salad that was more fresh. Normally, you are bound to find at least one semi-​gross item in a salad; whether it be a rotting piece of lettuce or a slimy spinach leaf… there’s always something. The lettuce in my Cobb salad was perfection. Delicious and fresh. They used a fresh avocado and I received a half in my salad, hand cut right before my eyes. The dressing was perfect. Everything was so yummy. The employees were young and when I was there they had a lunch rush– a line of people extending to the door. They were fast, professional, and performed extremely well under pressure. They were friendly with me and my baby daughter and said hello to us as soon as things calmed down. I will be back!
One critique, the shape of the salad bowl was very deep and narrow, making it difficult to eat and get a good distribution of toppings and dressing from top to bottom.

This place deserves 5 stars hands down. Like many folks, we stopped in 2 weeks ago just to check it out and grab a menu. We figured we would give it the once over and then stop back when the time was right.
My wife and I went for a walk on the greenway with our 2 yr daughter and decided to stop in for a bite to eat.
The service was amazing. Ivan and Jonathan (I had to get their names because I wanted to make sure they got recognized) were so nice and made us feel right at home. The place is clean and stylish. The food was EXCELLENT! We had the BBQ flatbread and the chicken Caesar wrap on the garlic wrap. Can’t say enough about the speed of the service, the quality of the food and the atmosphere inside.
This is exactly what this shopping center needs and our family will be returning soon to try some more delectable bites.
Go give this place a try… we need a place like this to stick around.

I’m so happy i finally got to try this place out! It most definitely did not disappoint! I tried the quinoa spinach and feta bowl, and then indulged in some homemade banana pudding! I recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy options.

The wraps are large enough for two adults. Some of the best soups in the area. The lobster bisque and the roasted tomato artichoke soups are to die for! Can’t wait to try the salads!
