I haven’t had a facial since I moved to Charlotte, so I did a quick Unilocal search and Lori at Essentials came up quickly and was very highly rated. Let me tell you, this was 100% accurate! Lori had a personal touch, and even called me on my cell to confirm the appt. and answer any questions I had before.
The office is in the Blakeney area and is clean and professional, but also relaxing. It’s comforting to know Lori is licensed, and she’s genuine and honest. She helped me with a «game plan» for my skin in the future as I turn 30 in two weeks. She gave me advice on product, cleaning techniques and how to fix my «problem» areas (blemish and scarring) I had the anti-​aging facial with the microdermabrasion. It felt GREAT! Very pleasant, and my skin was glowing afterward! I trusted Lori completely.
