I have used Miltronics’ services a couple of times. It’s refreshing to have someone help me with my tech needs who does quality work quickly at a reasonable price, which Chris does. I’m pretty much a Neanderthal when it comes to computers and any accessories related to the functioning of technical equipment. If something goes wrong with my laptop, printer or some other gadget that we can’t live without today, I’m loathe to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Places like Best Buy or other repair shops are worse than car mechanics when it comes to price gouging, let alone actually fixing the issue. Chris actually explains to me what is wrong with my laptop or printer or whatever and how he is going to fix it. Even if I’m too dense understand, he won’t take that for granted. Once, my laptop’s screen went completely blank, I couldn’t afford to buy a new one at the time. He got the replacement part & got it working again for about $ 50. Another time, I was too simple to get my wireless printer to print. Okay, I had never been able to get it to print without connecting the cable directly to my computer. I called Chris and he was able to solve the problem remotely, that night. If I ever have another issue, I would definitely use Miltronics again.
