The work was mediocre… Customer Service was TERRIBLE. If I had a slight request like «please do not cut my cuticles just push them down» I received an eye roll. I am not a picky person at all but felt like I had to apologize if there was a slight conflict. I have experienced better atmosphere and professionalism elsewhere. Sounds cliché but there is a feeling that they are talking about you in their language. All the girls speak perfect english so for them to revert back to their language especilly after a conflict feels uncomfortable. Everything from voice inflection to the laughing to the eye rolling gives a high school mean girl feel.

They speak English! Unlike many salons I went to. Many nail salon folks hardly know English. This way I could have a conversation.
This salon is a luxury salon. The price is still 25 $ for a pedicure which is not bad at all! They also offer you complementary drinks which is nice!

We just moved here from Miami and I thought it was going to be difficult to find a nail salon to call home. Well it wasn’t difficult at all. This place is great. My mom and I have been here a couple of times and can’t figure out which technician we like best. :)
So far we think Tina, Sam, Aya and Paul are amazing!!!

After having tried multiple salons in the area without much success, Ni Ni Nail Salon is a huge relief.
I was treated promptly, offered a drink (wine!) and had a lot of colors to choose from! The nail tech gave me multiple different pedicure options including a chocolate pedicure. (I didn’t try it but it sounded heavenly!) She really took her time with my feet and legs, and I left feeling relaxed and loving my toes!

The last 2 times I came here for a pedicure, I had the same nail tech… and unfortunately I dont care for her technique at all. I get a lot of pedis, and have never had issues with people digging painfully into my cuticles or trying to cut them too much — Until this lady did my nails. Unfortunately I dont know her name… But I do know that I dont want her doing my nails again!
The only thing that saved my overall experience is the super-sweet owner who usually does my gel manis. She does a great job and is friendly & easy to converse with.
Right now I am torn about going back because I dont want to get stuck with the over-zealous cuticle cutter!
