Not Just Coffee has some of the best coffee in Charlotte. You can tell that they take the time and energy to handcraft the perfect cup every time without cutting corners like big chain coffee shops. My go to order is their Caramel Latte which is delicous. The latter has notes of salted caramel, rich full bodied espresso, and steamed cream giving way to the perfect cup every time. If you haven’t been or are new to the city give one of their locations a try; you won’t regret it.

The place is just inside Atherton market. Ordered the vanilla sugar latte with almond milk & it was tasty and sweet.
I had only one order ahead of me so the line is much shorter than 7th st. Locale. Still took a bit longer than I predicted but gives you time to check out the other vendors in Atherton market.

Located in Atherton Mill, inside the market by the tracks and across from Luna’s. I had a meeting here and found it to be a lovely spot to meet for an afternoon coffee and conversation. I went early to work a little bit. They have family style tables inside and seating outside. I adore the coffee & opted for the cold pressed brew… my favorite on a hot day. When you don’t want to find parking Uptown, this is close enough and fairly easy parking. Get the cold press, you won’t regret it!

I wrote a review for their first location. Everything I said for that location goes for this one. The only different I can bring my dog and walk up and down Southend. I love the setting. James picks great location. They have events there. The last one the had bands perform. A great time was had by all especially the better half since she spiked her latte. Go check it out in a cute market and you will enjoy the nice relaxing vibe.

Carmel almond milk latte was beyond yummy. No real food to speak of, counter in an open market. Too many dogs all around for my taste, but the espresso is smooth.

When I get coffee to-​go it’s usually only when I’ve run out at home, but when I do I go here! Nestled inside the Atherton Market in South End, it’s a great meet-​up spot or easy in-​and-​out for a delicious cup of coffee. My go-​to drink is a simple café au lait, which you’ll soon notice they brew individually. Superb choice for coffee in South End. I’m a fan.

Solid caramel latte as they make the caramel themselves! Not a place you will sit and sip as its in a farmers market, but still worth a visit. Long line on the weekends! $ 4+ for a 12 ounce.

I’ve always had excellent service here. The coffee is the best in Charlotte, in my opinion. I also love this location for meetings as they have plenty of tables to work at. Highly recommended!

Coffee was good and area was nice. I liked the market it was inside of, and both places were cute. However there were no outlets so it was hard to do work. I would advise coming in if you’re meeting with friends since it’s such a cute place!

AMAZING COFFEE! And not just in Charlotte. The coffee here is one of the best I’ve ever had.
If you’re looking for something different than Starbucks, this is your place. The coffee flavor here isn’t bitter and its robust and full of flavor.
The prices are average and definitely worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back when I’m back in Charlotte!

Not Just Coffee is one of the — if not the main — highlights of Atherton Mill. It’s The place for top-​notch coffee in the Queen City.
As soon as you enter the market, NJC immediately greets you by sight and smell. It’s a counter along with two communal-​style tables. The garage-​style doors are wide open on nice days, so seating options extend to the benches outside.
One of my favorite indulgences in life is the caramel latte from Not Just Coffee. It’s smooth, decadent, and just straight-​up delicious. Everything is delicious, though. You can’t go wrong with anything you order.
Drinks here take awhile because it’s craft coffee. Don’t expect in and out service and don’t come here if you’re in a rush. If you’ve got some time to spare, it’s totally worth the wait.

Whoa buddy, the reviews are not lying about some mighty fine lattes from Not Just Coffee. I tried the caramel latte today, and it was well-​worth the long wait. It was a little cooler in temperature that I typically like my coffee drinks, but the cute heart design easily made up for it.

$ 2.70 for a small coffee that was bitter and left a bad after taste. Couldn’t even drink the entire cup and I normally drink a lot of coffee. And I thought Starbucks was expensive! Much rather have a $ 2 tall Pike roast coffee from Starbucks. Right next door is $ 1 for a cup of coffee at Publix café.

I had to deduct a star because they ignore me sometimes when I get up to the counter to order. Guess my lack of hipster fashion is becoming detrimental… Great coffee though!

My sister is a local and she highly suggested «Not Just Coffee,» claiming it was her favorite cup of Joe in the city. AGREED. I grabbed a cup of cold brew and sat on the wooden bench to enjoy. Super delicious and it shares space with the Co-​Op market, so I sipped and shopped and felt real local.
A MUST for all.

Located in the Atherton Mill and Market, Not Just Coffee performs again! I had a delicious Mocha Latte — rich and creamy with notes of dark chocolate and cinnamon. The design creations they make in the latte foam are pure artistry. These guys really take great pride in producing a consistently superior product. The picnic table seating in an open market is a great place to relax, have a cup of joe and people watch!
