Absolutely horrible. I entrusted this firm with Ashley Pak with my property and he was nothing but dishonest. He had the tenant trash my property, move out 15 days past the promised term date and now it’s tough to sell my property. He has kept my security deposit and cost me being able to sell my condo. Do not trust Ashley nor these guys!!!
