This is my second visit and the service was definitely better this time around! My initial visit was on a Sunday and they were fairly busy. One of the nail techs just told me about the different prices for the pedicures but not what was included in the different packages. Once I got in the back to soak my feet, the nail tech that was actually performing the pedicure have me more details about the different packages. I got excited when I saw hot stones as an additional feature; however, that was short lived once I requested it as an add on to the package I chose. The manicure was simple, I didn’t like the fact that they provided a small amount of cuticle oil but overall it was good. I prefer to have my finger nails and toe nails polish to match and for some salons that’s a «difficult task»… But on both visits I’ve been pleased with the close to perfect color matching that was given. Relocating is always hard but a good nail salon makes it a little easier. I’ll be back again soon.

Pretty decent nail salon. I received a pedicure and a full set of gel powder nails. The pedicure was okay for getting the basic option. Not sure if it was worth $ 25 but I badly needed it. My gel set is also okay. I’ve gotten worse before but I’ve also gotten a lot better. I did notice that artificial nails on my middle fingers are crooked. They aren’t very noticeable thank goodness. I didn’t get my eyebrows done but I saw two ladies get theirs and they looked good! They are very transparent regarding prices. When I got my pedicure, the man gave me a menu to pick the package. When I sat for my set, the other worker listed off the prices. I can see how it can rub people the wrong way but I liked the fact that they informed me prior to service because multiple times at other places the price would magically switch to my disadvantage. I would come here again. They were average but the small things like wine, location, combination discount is a nice perk. Don’t forget to use their wifi… My 20% battery was able to stay strong.

Was not pleased with my last gel manicure it started peeling after just a few days, barely lasted a week. The guy who did my nails just seemed rushed and didn’t take his time. Obviously didn’t paint them correctly as the edges peeled and eventually ripped off all the color. I went here bc it’s close to my house, less than a mile away but I have switched to a new salon that does an amazing job 15 miles alway in concord mills; which I will gladly do for the amazing quality and service.

I was unhappy with my latest visit. The problem is that the polish I chose ran backwards, leaving my tips bare, when I put my hand under the UV light. After 4 coats, my technician tells me that I need to hold my hand under the light in a different way. So she puts a THICK line on my tips and has me hold my hand under the light. Yes, it solves the problem that my tips now have color, but they’re also super thick at the end. They nearly look ombré. She ask me if I’m happy and I say«No». She then says that it’s not her fault. Well yes, I get that it’s the polish, but it doesn’t alleviate your duty to find a solution. I ended up leaving unhappy and saw that there were several days areas around the perimeter of my nails that were bare. Sub par job overall. If you go here, make sure that you hover like a hawk as the work is being done. If you don’t say something about things that are wrong, the technician will act like she doesn’t see it. Beware.

I’ve visited twice because they are close to my home. They ask you to sign in when you arrive, but they don’t really have a good system to keep track of customers. The first time I went, they sent me and another customer to the back for a pedicure. The other customer arrived about 15 minutes after I did. They started working on her before me and took forever to get to me. I didn’t make a big deal of it that time, but on my second visit, they started to do that again. This time, the other customer corrected them. I wasn’t super impressed with my nails either. They were just okay.

Friendly staff, they are in a convenient location not too far from north lake mall, in the same parking lot as REI and Old Navy. I had the premium pedicure with the hot wax. Even though it went quickly it was relaxing. I look forward to my next service. Discounts are offered Mon-Wed on combos I.e. Mani/pedi together

This was second time visiting this shop.(the first time I just got my acrylic nails soaked off) So this was my first time getting an actual service. I got a full acrylic set. Unfortunately I was not pleased with my service. My nail tech was nice but I have to say my service was mediocre. I requested«coffin» shape nails. My nails were filled crooked and they are not all shaped the same. The edges are rounded, not straight. Not to mention the polish is peeling after only 3 days. I will not be coming back to this shop.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for my last visit(I had chipping and peeling of my gel manicure in less than a week). Their prices are the lowest for a gel mani I’ve seen($ 27) and their nail techs are very friendly. The salon is kept very clean and they have a large variety of colors and services to choose from.

I went to Signature Nail Spa for the first time after moving to a new side of town and wanting to try a local shop. This is a large, busy shop with a good number of nail techs. Of course, it was packed and there was a wait on a Saturday afternoon but it was worth it. I went with my mother and we had to wait on each other to get pedis instead of at the same time so we are going to try going earlier in the morning when they open. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend this shop. They offer you a glass of wine, the nail tech that worked on us was friendly(not so much the others that greet you), and they have an amazing menu of services that go far beyond nails. I’m not sure where they do the brazilian waxes but they start at $ 40 and that’s rather impressive!

Just an OK experience. Sister was able to get immediate pedicure and manicure services, while I had to wait about 20 minutes before Minh could give me a gel manicure. I originally chose«Partly Cloudy,» which was a frosted medium-green, reminiscent of green ocean water with grey-colored reefs underneath, but Minh opined it to be too light of a color, so I went with a mood-changing color by Reaction(green/cold, blue/hot, and two-tone as the temps switch). We had problems trying to find a complementary lighter-colored frost polish to off-set the darker color, and Minh was gracious enough to wipe the polish off and start over. The only downside to this is that I had to wait till he had a few minutes’ break from another customer as she went to rinse her hands in between cleaning and pre-treating her acrylic nails and applying polish. This added another 30 minutes, or so of waiting. If only salons carried standard complementing gold and silver sparkle gel polishes, since the trend is so popular… See my set of real nails from my manicure at Scottsdale Nails II here While Minh so graciously changed the clashing polish and re-polished the two nails on my ring fingers, I gave this salon only three stars because of the 1. long wait times I had to endure before(other walk-ins had techs wait on them before I did) and after the color snafu(I think he should’ve finished my manicure before starting on another customer and making me wait 30 minutes– these two nails only took a few minutes more to set); 2. three very noticeable bubbles formed on two of my nails; and 3. sister’s nails also had bubbles on them, and she had a different tech working on her. Guess we will be searching for another salon the next time we both want a manicure/pedicure in The Queen City…

I have been to this salon maybe 3 times and have yet to venture to another. There prices are slightly higher than most nail salons but they do have a clean professional nail shop. Missy has done my nails each time. The first time I had a gel French manicure that stayed in tack for almost a month, the rest were regular manicures and pedicures. There is never really a long wait and they use OPI polish(others also but I’m a big fan of OPI) so that’s a plus. They do prefer to be tipped in cash, which I don’t mind so keep that in mind. As of now they are doing 20% of select services.

I’ve been to this salon a couple times and for the most part, I like it. It’s a large salon(~15 pedicure chairs) and it seems to stay pretty busy. The technicians I have had were very thorough and my Shellac polish actually lasted the full 2 weeks! Overall the salon seems clean. The only negative is that the nail techs are rude. They make it seem like you’re inconveniencing them by coming there and getting your nails done. Honestly, I don’t mind a little rudeness as long as the job is done right. Make an appointment or try and get there in the mornings to avoid being ignored in a cold pedicure tub!

I stopped into this salon because it was at a location where I was(near REI). On this Wednesday, the salon was not crowded and I needed a pedi and mani. The salon is clean and orderly and bigger than all that I have visited in the Charlotte area. Kevin did my pedi and I must say, he did an excellent job. Initially, I was reluctant to have a man provide the service because they are usually brusque. I am delighted to say this was not the case. I was very relaxed during my pedicure and could have taken a nap. Kevin was thorough, firm yet gentle at the same time. He did an excellent job. Turns out I didn’t have enough time to get a manicure and shellac nails but I am going back tomorrow to take care of that. The prices are a little more than what is usually charged at a nail salon, but I don’t mind the extra few bucks when the service backs it up. Hopefully, the shellac treatment tomorrow will be just as wonderful as my pedicure was today. If you’re in the area, stop by and give them a try. They have 14 pedicure chairs and a number of tables for nails. They also provide spa/facial services.
