Steiner Pappert & Associates General Dentistry

Dr. Pappert is a goddess & hero in my mind. Very thorough in the process of knowing all of your teeth. Came here from a referral who spoke so highly of Pappert. After speaking of how mine just seems to not care about anything in your mouth at all.
Have to admit they are not inexpensive… actually very expensive (keep your fingers crossed if you have insurance it works with them). Once you get an appointment get ready to get in fast, so almost no waiting at all. The staff for any of the Dr’s are all so nice & sweet.
I know many people out there are frightened to go to the dentist, but this is the place to go. All the butterflies in the belly go away:)

I’m really picky when it comes to my dentist office and this place is awesome all around! The secretaries are extremely nice and they get you checked in right away. The waiting room is nice and recently remodeled. Don’t make yourself too comfy in the waiting area though, because they get you in for your appointment quick! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being guided back to the dreaded chair. I’ve even been early/​late for my appointments and they still always manage to take care of me right away.
I’ve seen two dental hygenists in this office and they have both been outstanding. My current hygenist, Ashley, is super sweet and very informative. My previous hygenist, Tracey, is the most gentle hygenist I’ve had clean my teeth.
Their office is fully equipped with what seems to be the newest technology. Each dentist chair has a computer monitor on a swivel that they use to view and record patient information. They’re also good at making personal notes about the patient because I usually only see them twice a year and they always remember all the little details about my personal life.
Dr. Linger is so nice and he always puts me at ease. He’s so easy to talk to and he always has a big smile on his face (that might be a dentist thing). I’ve only had one small procedure done (air abrasion and filling) and he made it quick and totally painless.
One nerdy thing I enjoy is they send out a quarterly newsletter. The articles are usually basic and kind of silly, but I like the part of the newsletter that talks about what seminars the dentists are going to or what awards they’ve received. It’s just nice to know that my dentist is always learning about the latest and greatest techniques instead of mindlessly completing the minimum amount of CE to stay licensed.
