Core Integrated Health and Chiropractic

Dr. Huffman is who good chiropractors should strive to be like. I started visiting him after I was recommended by a friend, and my back is very thankful! After seeing probably a half dozen different chirps in the last 5 years, Dr. Huffman is my favorite.
He won’t try to sell you on a «3 appts a week» plan like some of those other guys, but instead he’ll diagnose the problem, provide excellent in-​office adjustments, and give you at-​home therapy recommendations to help in between sessions. After about 7 sessions over 2 months, he told me that I could just come in as-​needed, because he’d already noticed a lot of improvement.
I used to sit at a desk all day, and my lower back has been giving me problems for years. I recently moved to San Diego, and I work from home, so now I sit on a fitness orb to help build my core and back muscles. I still do the daily stretches that he recommended, and have even reached out to him to send me recommendation letters and general tips.
He’s simply a great guy who genuinely cares more about helping people enjoy life in comfort, than making a quick buck. I just hope that whoever I find out here in San Diego will be able to hold a candle to the service I received from Dr. Huffman.
