Papa John’s Pizza

I don’t have a PJ’s near me, so I got excited when I passed it going to a new Dr. While at the Dr’s I tried ordering their app, but it would not let me add the special Italian seasoning to the order, so I called. The first girl who helped me said they can only honor online prices when you order online. That did not make sense to me, so she got the manager. Who worked w/​me, took my very precise order, and honored the online price. I was very appreciative for that.
A+ Customer service!
Minus 1 star for the pizza not be as delectable as I remembered. I won’t be needing to go out of my way to get PJ’s in the near future. Just pizza.

You guys are my savior tonight. 8÷7÷15. I worked all day (also a pizzeria, well known) hungry and sore/​tired, ordered bruschetta cheese sticks, so good! And your driver had to put up with me screaming because a spider spun a web outside my door while I’ve been home! I understand the pizzeria struggle and thankful you don’t do me wrong even though I usually order the last hour of your day :) love you

The place has only gotten better since Ben took over as the manager! Haven’t gotten a bad pizza yet, and they are always helpful in suggesting deals! I’d recommend this location over the one on 23 any day.

Super Bowl Sunday… I ordered at 6 on the dot. Was told it was going to take 20 minutes to make a cheese pizza and a cookie. I order the same thing all the time. They always tell me it takes 15 minutes. Given, it’s a Super Bowl Sunday I had a feeling it was going to take longer. So I get there at 6:30. I didn’t get my pizza till 7. Not only was the pizza under cooked. But so was the cookie. I’ve gone to different pizza spots for past Super Bowls. And I have never had to wait this long for two items. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a pizza place. The counter people are very slow, too young, not people types, and don’t really care about the customer. As I waited for a long while, other people came in and got their pizzas a lot faster. I asked one of them what time they ordered and they told me 15 minutes AFTER I ordered. So I don’t know of they totally forgot about my order but this is not right. I even told the chick that helped me what was the deal and she told me «it’s supper bowl»… I’m from California, ain’t no place busier than any area out there on any Super Bowl. Not an excuse what so ever. Management needs to do a better job. Papa johns is fucking up…

They are batting 50%. My first time wasn’t bad. I ordered on-​line and got an OK pizza. The second time I ordered by phone and got the wrong pizza. They offered to make another pizza but wouldn’t start it until I drove back up and proved that it was incorrect. I think papa john’s is on to me because I love to order pizzas in hopes that its messed up so that I can drive back up and get another one. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot while they fixed their mistake.
Its a pizza. Unless you like really like one of their specialty pizza, Little Ceasers 6 stores down is just as good. If you do get a pizza, check it before you leave.
