Surfacing Solution

I found this company through a google search seeking Tambour panels to replace a roll top on a desk. The man who answered owned the business and was so very rude from the get go that I was kind of sure I must be misunderstanding him. As I continued to try and figure out the right way to ask my inquiry about how to measure the depth and thickness of the roll sheets he just kept saying «I wouldn’t have any idea. «I just sell the stuff, not my job to know that.» When I asked how a customer might get the right measurements to him in order for him to suggest a certain amount or length of sheet he replied «I wouldn’t, you have to know what you need.» Then he said in this super snide tone «Sooorrry, buhbye now» and hung up. As an antique restorer I need to be able to work with supply dealers to some extent to make sure I get the right materials the first time. Huh, weird and unpleasant, too bad because they have some nice materials. Their website states over 25 years of quality service and customer satisfaction.
