Craving some candy while in Chatham? Well, this is the place to satisfy that craving! Located on Main Street in Chatham is a top notch candy store filled with an endless amount of candy(chocolate, fudge, etc)! What more could you want? The store is stocked with fresh hand pickem’ chocolates and the service/staff are friendly. Love this small town mom and pop candy store!!!

No trip to the Cape is complete without a stop to the Chatham Candy Manor. Charming shop and delicious candy! Our personal faves are the fudge(best anywhere!) and the variety of bark(almond and cashew barks in milk, dark and white chocolate), and saltwater taffy. But every visit introduces us to new favorites(love the seasonally decorated nonpareils). Some reviewers say it’s pricey, but it is absolutely worth it. You will not find better quality or variety than at the Chatham Candy Manor. And, if you are not on the Cape, Chatham Candy Manor ships! Check out their website! I just thrilled my family with a lovely box of assorted fudge for Valentine’s Day. Arrived lovingly wrapped in their trademark pink box with red tissue and red ribbon… just as fresh as if we had purchased it right at the store. Thank you, Chatham Candy Manor!

Walk into the Candy Manor and take a whiff. That smell is how everything tastes. The chocolate is delicious(as is everything else) and everything is made on-site. During the holiday season they pull their own candy canes and in the autumn you can special order gigantic caramel apples. They have a huge selection of fudge, barks, and dipped fruit as well as a wall of penny candy. The Candy Manor is a Chatham staple!

Drunk and listless, I wandered into this candy oasis. Let me offer a few helpful hints: Don’t be fooled by the packaged goods, which seem to suggest that people should be paid $ 5 extra for being able to wrap clear plastic around almonds. Proceed directly to the front counter, where you will see the magnificent bowl of assorted free samples of fudge. Try to ignore the thought of the countless grubby hands of children that have doubtlessly dug through this same bowl, and let your mind go blank with bliss as you taste these sweet morsels. The dismal looking teenagers behind the counter will even provide more free samples. This is a great place to get gifts for friends and family, since bringing back fudge from the shore is so unique!

OMG… the fudge is phenomenal. I stopped in here and got a pound of fudge for $ 12. You can pick up to 4 flavors. I got the fluff-n-nutter, sea salt, pumpkin walnut and Reese cup. The sea salt was my absolute favorite, followed by the fluff-n-nutter. They had a ton of other sweets so stop in if you are in the area!

The fudge here is fudging fabulous. The whole store is a little kids dream filled with candy and chocolate of all sorts. I love their sour cherry lobster gummies. And the turtle fudge with walnuts and caramel. To die for. The people here give generous size samples and I very much appreciate the non-stinginess.

This place is SOOO good! I would not recommend buying anything there aside from the fudge or chocolates, because everything else is overpriced and can easily be bought anywhere else in MA for much cheaper. However, the fudge is delicious! I would recommend the darker chocolate fudge(plain or with sea salt), the Reeses fudge, and the turtle fudge. The Oreo fudge was ok but did not have enough Oreo. This is a staple place to visit in Cape Cod!

Best chocolate fudge and candy store ever! Get the chocolate covered Oreos, they are revolutionary! Other greats are chocolate covered pretzels and the nut clusters.

A Chatham staple, giving the tourist and locals a place to satiate their sweet teeth. They offer over priced packaged candies, but really shine in their hand crafted chocolates and especially their fudge. Always good to stop in and get a few ¼ lbs of fudge to share, horde or gift.

Everything at The Candy Manor tastes as delicious and it smells. The chocolates are made on site and scrumptious. Take advantage of their seasonal treats– specifically their caramel apples in the fall. You need to special order them but they are so so worth it. In the winter they make their own candy canes behind the counter.

I’m moving in to the Chatham Candy Manor. I had a major Liz Lemon«I want to go to there» moment when I heard about it, and it lived up to my high expectations. The candy was obviously delicious; the rice krispy turtle and the dark chocolate salted caramel were great, while the peanut butter meltaway tasted like a grown-up Reeses. With so many chocolaty choices and big crowds, it can feel a little overwhelming, but the staff was helpful and patient. Totally recommend coming early — our repeat visit to refill our chocolate supply was around 10 a.m., and it was a much calmer experience.

I visited Chatham with my family this past December for Christmas Stroll Weekend. As a kid, I remember visiting Candy Manor for their candy cane demos. At 28 years old, I wanted to see it again. A few years ago, I tried to get in, but I was too late for the demo and the place was too packed to get into. This time, I made sure to get there super early to get a front row«seat»(you stand), and I did! I waited about 40 minutes until the demo officially started. During this time, families poured in to view the demo. Little kids were pushing people in hopes to fight their way to the front, but I made sure to stand off to the side, yet still up front, so that I wasn’t too much in the way of the little kids. Basically, I was out of the way. Here’s where it got chaotic as hell. An older woman who knew Susan, the demo leader, was there with her grandkids acted like she owned the place, telling random people to move along to let the children in. And Susan then agreed and made an announcement to let all kids up front, and for the adults to move! Normally, I wouldn’t’ mind, but when the kids are taller than the adults, I don’t find that fair. I’m 5’2. A towering 9 year old went in front of me. How is this right? At one point, a mom pushed me off to the side! If parents want their kids to see the demo clearly, they should get there earlier. Just because I’m not a kid doesn’t mean I’m not interested in seeing the demo. This turned me off from Candy Manor. Try putting a limit on how many people can enter at a given time or do multiple demos throughout the day. As someone who always spent a lot of money, you won’t be getting my business again.

Rating 4 — I am a fan. I will continue to go once a year. I enjoy the Fantasy fudge. Service is standard service, service arrived to ask if I needed anything just when I was about to decide I didn’t. Further, I would be very appreciative if customer service actually displayed some enjoyment for assisting customers. Prices are high — six half-dollar-ish sized rectangle coconut marshmallows for $ 4.50.

An old-timey candy shop in downtown Chatham. They have everything from jelly bellys to «penny candy»(which hasn’t been a penny since my parents were kids) and homemade fudge which is to DIE for. During my most recent visit I tried the fantasy chocolate sea salt fudge — amazing. They also have fudge samples at the cash register so make sure to grab a few freebies!

A Cape Cod staple. A high quality, old school candy shop that has a mix of homemade fudge, chocolates, and candies that you don’t often find at your local convenience store. If you are in downtown Chatham this is a must visit shop. Prices are also very reasonable.

Yes, it’s a trap. But so is the whole town. Since you knew that crossing the bridge, it’s moot. Crazy crowded, but that keeps the stock of fudge and other goodies rotating. From salt taffy to giant dots to gummy bears it’s all here. Try the fruit slices, these are not the orange slices you get in the huge tub at CVS. So much better. Why withhold that last star you ask? They cheat on some items. My «chocolate covered peanut butter bar» was merely a butterfinger covered in more chocolate. Perhaps this was destined to be so, as it was next to chocolate covered pretzels, Oreos, etc. Stick with the left most cases and you’ll likely get the«we made this 100% here» item you are expecting.

It doesn’t get much better than this. What a variety of fun candy! From old-time favorites like Razzles and Pop Rocks, to their own chocolates… YUMMY! Hard to pick favorites. Love the chocolate covered cranberries, gummies, hard candies… And the gift packages of the homemade stuff(shells, fish, lobsters, sharks, etc.) are not only adorable, but delicious! Gets busy, but the lines move fast. One warning, I would not get the candy behind the glass, stick with the prepackaged stuff that is bagged when fresh. The stuff we just got from behind the glass(chocolate covered marshmallows and caramels) were hard and stale, like they’ve been there a while. Not an issue ever in the 20+ years we’ve been going there with their other stuff!

If I’m going to the Cape, stopping at Chatham Candy Manor is absolutely mandatory. I adore this place. From the high quality of chocolate to super friendly staff, this is a much deserved 5-star chocolate shop. These are my favorites: + Chocolate-covered Pretzels: Try both dark and milk chocolate. Opt for the big boy size pretzels, they are absolutely delicious and divine! I bought a dozen and they disappeared within minutes. + Mini gummy bears: My childhood favorite candy and it’s too dang cute when they come in mini-size. Chewy and each color actually tastes different. + Chocolate-covered Strawberries: The chocolate is so smooth and melts in your mouth while the strawberries are sweet and fresh. Perfect combination. + Blueberry white chocolate bark: This was a pleasant surprise! Little did I know these little blueberry gems can blend so well with white chocolate. The blueberries give the white chocolate a fresh and tart kick. + Reeses Peanut Butter Fudge: Do I need to say more?! Must stop by when you are in town! I can’t wait to go back.

Really cool chocolate shop. Fun place to shop, or just browse. The fudge seems fresher this time of year. I guess it must finally be fudge season on Cape Cod. Yay.
