Worst experience I have ever had in nail salon in my life. I do not know the name of a person who did my nail but I think I can do much better at home than her.

This establishment cheats people and has no sense of customer service. I used to come here years ago but as their business grew they just seemed to rush people out. A mani pedi takes only 30 minutes. I do not pay this kind of money to have a rushed job. I decided to give them another try after years. I called in to ask how much coffin shaped acrylics cost. The girl behind the phone told me 30. I asked why the website said starting at 26 and she told me it needed to be updated. I decided to make an appointment. I came in, they lady that did my nails was wonderful. Although I would only give my nails and ⁸⁄₁₀. I finished and went to pay and the owner said okay that will be $ 34. I asked him why and he said coffin shape costs more. I’ve never been to a salon that charges more for the shape you choose. But I told him I called in and asked before hand and the receptionist told me $ 30. He said no it’s $ 34 she doesn’t know. Then who knows?! That was the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. He refused to charge me $ 30 and treated me very rudely. I don’t recommend this place and will never return.

I’ll give this place 4 stars because of Stacy. She’s so sweet, genuine and really takes her time w my eyebrows. I have very shaped eyebrows so whoever does them has to be careful and ive been coming to her for years now.

This nail salon is horrible. Lynn was my manicurist and she is FABULOUS but the receptionist is awful. I changed to Infinity Nails because of the receptionist.

Tammi is the best! Always a great job, listens to your input. She is great with gel colors, she even mixes colors. The deluxe spa pedicure is the best… Love the paraffin treatment! I like the new beach seating especially if your having a girls spa day! Get to sit next to your bestie!!!

My buddy Kato recommended this place. It went like this. How much for a mani/​pedi? $ 45 for gel manicure. How much for gel $mani/​pedi? $ 65. Hmm ok for $ 20 I’ll get a reg pedi w gel mani. Sat on a couch (not a massage chair) same lady did both so it took a really long time. Then got to paying. That will be $ 52. What? How do u figure? Oh we had to take off the gel on your toes, so that’s another $ 7. If you had gotten gel, we wouldn’t have charged you. Me: well if you had told me that in the beginning I might have gotten gel.
I felt ripped off. Don’t tell me one price then charge me something else.

Been coming here for a while but this time was a disaster. They raised their pedicure prices and the service dropped. Walked out of the place and found a polish chip from the toe. The lady fixed it and I thought it was done. I go out in sunlight to discover polish around the toes, dent in the fixed toe nail and unevenly trimmed nails! I go in and show the front desk lady about what was done and there is no apology which is ok. However, she did not even communicate clearly with the nail artist about what had been done. I was already short of time and she sat me down and started removing all the nail polish not giving me a chance to explain that all I wanted at that point was fix the bad spots and I leave. Ended up spending twice the amount of time needed for a simple pedicure.

I love my mani and pedi but as I sit here writing this review I have counted over 18 flies just flying around. I know it’s hot outside but it really makes me question why there are so may here. Shu fly don’t bother me. Makes me feel kinda gross now
They are definitely loosing my business now. As my nails were drying I was sitting talking to my friend and the lady who did my nails come up to me and says oh I have to move you so I can clean the foot spa. More than happily I did and she brought me a chair so I can sit next to my friend. Very nice BUT then another employee came and sat in the same spa chair I was in to use the massage part of the chair. So much for cleaning the pedi spa it’s was just so the lazy employees can use the massage chair

I recently witnessed a woman that had issues with her nails and the Manager could care less. This was the last straw for me. He should understand that the customers are his bread and butter and after reading these reviews, it looks like most of the good reviews are for one person, Sunny. Most of the employees are cranky and gossipy. When working with customers, they should not be speaking a language that the customer does not understand.
This was a convenient location for me, however, there are nail salons that are only blocks away. I am looking for a place that does not have multiple pricing for the same service. Perhaps each table should boast it’s own price list. Mr. Manager — a little sincerity and customer service skills would help.

This Review is for Sunny the esthetician! She’s AMAZING! I finally found a great waxer and very affordable in the valley! Hooray (= She makes my brows look good every time I see her. My second time getting a Brazilian I had tried her out. She was very quick and made the pain tolerable. I’m not going to lie. getting waxed «down there» does hurt but she made me feel comfortable and the pain wasn’t as bad. For what I paid for my brows ($ 12) and Brazilian ($ 35) is such a steal! I will never go anywhere else (= she’s truly a gem!

I called and made a reservation with one nail technician who does any amazing job. They told me she will be able to take care of me. When I arrived the owner rushed me to the back to get my eyebrows done. Then I get back to find out that someone else is doing my pedicure. When I asked why I was getting someone else, they told me they called me to inform me, which they didn’t. I’m honestly appalled with how this business has gone down the drains. Not to mention they have horrible selection in colors. I only came here because Sydney rose was booked. Never ever again !

Why is it so hard to find a good nail spa in the valley? Came in to try this place and am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I wanted the deluxe spa pedicure which says «includes exfoliating sea salt and mineral scrub, callus remover or paraffin treatment, warm lotion and hot towel wrap with intensive massage». The way I read it was for $ 40 for the deluxe spa pedicure you get an exfoliating sea salt/​mineral scrub with either callus remover or paraffin treatment. Well apparently you only get one; either the scrub, the callus remover or the paraffin. That is absolutely bs! Then what does the $ 20 pedicure get you? It lists the extra prices for the callus and paraffin treatment at $ 10 each but no where on the menu does it list how much the scrub cost! To have to pay extra for the scrub is ridiculous! The menu is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
They also have benches mixed with spa chairs. The benches don’t have any vibrating machines to them, so even if you get a deluxe spa pedicure, it’s not really deluxe because you’re literally sitting on a hard bench. I ended up getting a basic spa pedicure which included NOTHING. Biggest waste of my time and money. You will be hearing from my lawyer because the false advertisement you are trying to pull is such a scam!
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I didn’t even have to give one star because this place doesn’t even deserve it

I come here to get my brows done. Sunny is the absolute best! She is a perfectionist and makes sure my brows always look good before I leave. I will never go anywhere else!
Everyone ask for Sunny, she’ll never disappoint you!

I used to go to Nailspa to get my nails done, but now I only go when I am need my eyebrows waxed. There is plenty of parking, but I’ve noticed with the addition of Sharky’s next door sometimes it takes a while to find a spot, but you eventually do. I am not a big fan of the layout, it seems a bit cluttered to me, and doesn’t really give off a ‘spa’ atmosphere, which is why I only go get my brows done.
There are only two women I will let wax me, Sunny or Stacy. They do a fantastic job, and are usually very fast. I do not trust anyone with these caterpillars and will only go to them. Great for wax, but I’d rather get my gel on where there is less noise and visual disturbances.

This place is wonderful! The atmosphere and design is beautiful, and the quality is really good, as well. I came when they were close to closing, but they still took me for an acrylic fill. I originally got my acrylics done at another salon and the comparison is amazing. My nails from here are so much better, thinner, more natural… Max did such a good job!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Very close to where I live so I thought I would try them out.
When I arrived I displayed my nails to the front desk girl, asking how much and if she had someone who could do nail art as good as the designs on my current nails Etc Etc.
She told me that Amy. Which I’m sure is not her real name, was the nail artist who painted all the sample nail art in the glass case. Great!
So, I picked out one of her designs,
well I am going to skip about 2 hours of pure incompetence, i just have to or this review will be a mile long.
so finally Amy, who is very unhappy by the way, was told to finish what another guy started (nick). (which he was not suppose to be doing my nail designs in the first place)
Because nick painted lame flowers on my toes, (so not the design I picked out, not even close) I was so frustrated, I never got gems on them as priced, because I just couldn’t take the frustration any longer. and told him to stop and that I was over it.
So finally Amy appears, I listened to Amy repeatedly complain about how hungry she was, and she shouldnt have to be doing my nails, and trying to get her coworker who stood there most of the time, to do the designs for her. The coworker just kept refusing,
She complained that the nail shop does not charge enough for her to be doing the design I requested, she said she was going to take all her designs out of the case, as she slammed down nail polish bottles,
So mad she was having to paint my nails, it was just horrible, I finally looked up at the both of them and said «you are really making me feel unwanted here, you know that?. she just said «sorry, i’m hungry and I get cranky. I thought it would get better from there for some reason,. OHHH NO it got worse.
my nails were done wrong! I told them when I arrived that I wanted gems on all 8 of my designs.. my nails are gel. she never set the gem in the base coat, to where it would be secure, so the gems kept falling off after she put enamel on my nail to make it stick and when it wouldn’t she would blame me!!.
Then she set it under the light and it was glued partially on my finger with a bunch of dried enamel on my finger as well, I showed her how the gem was half way on my finger and stuck there, with a bunch of glue? enamel as well, she just said «no its fine» I told her no, its not fine!, she grabbed my finger trying to get the gem off, she was so mad that I was delaying her even more, I had to ask her to file away the extra glue on my finger, such attitude, i just couldn’t believe this was happening., she refused me outright when I asked her to fix my toes, not replace the designs mind you, as they were completely wrong, but just make them a little prettier looking, DENIED,
Bottom line, it ruined my whole day, I have not been that upset in a long time, and that’s saying a lot if you knew what kind of job I have.
I walked out with only 4 gems — which all fell off before I even went to bed that night.
I told the girl at the counter what was being said to me and how horrible it was and that I would NEVER come here for services again. she seemed somewhat shocked but didn’t offer to fix anything.

I called for the owner Michael, told he was in Vegas. Called two weeks later and he was being accusatory and mean, then when I got a chance to actually start talking, he interrupted me and told me I was the problem.
We’ll it completely explained where some of his employees get their attitudes from. I had to hang up on him because he was being so obnoxious and I did my best not to go there with him. Just horrible all way around. Since he likes to go to Las Vegas, I’ll let karma smack him in the face for me next time he is there! Just Horrible people. Good luck.

First time there and I am blown away. Staff is super courteous, honest, and engaging. Van did my pedicure, soaked old acrylics and did my gel manicure. I asked for a July 4^th theme and she designed fireworks on my toes and stars on my nails. Ohemmmmgeeee!!! She was patient and fun, always making pleasant conveesatuon. Her English is perfect. She gets what you mean, or asks questions to clarify.
I have found my new mani/​pedi home. I will be going for waxing too.
I wish I could give the kids 10 stars.

I love Nailspa Salon, I’ve been going for 2+ years now. From Receptionist to Owner everyone is super cool. The place is clean and professional!
I usually get my nails done with Lin she is amazing. She really makes my nails look so natural even though they are acrylic. Another plus she is as picky as me, she gives attention to every detail until it looks perfect. Shes not pushy and tells you like it is.
I also get a pedicure with Judy, I love her too. She doesn’t insist like other places to buy things. If you need it shell tell you. I love that!
I get my eyebrows done with Sunny, Shes amazing too, listens to what you want and does it. She doesn’t make your eyebrows thin like other peeps.

This is my go to Nail spot. The salon is very clean the staff is friendly and they always get me in and out in a timley manner. Van is my go to girl for my nails. She is very detailed oriented and I always leave satisfied.
